Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը լրագրողներին ներկայացրեց Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի հավաքականի նորանշանակ մարզիչ Արթուր Պետրոսյանին:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, Ավանի ֆուտբոլի ակադեմիայում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Հայրապետյանը շնորհավորեց նորանշանակ մարզչին. «Եկեք շնորհավորենք Արթուր Պետրոսյանին և հաջողություն մաղթենք, բեղմնավոր աշխատանք»,-ասաց Հայրապետյանը: Պետրոսյանը հավաքականի հետ երկու տարվա պայմանագիր է ստորագրել:

Հավաքականի նորանշանակ գլխավոր մարզիչ Արթուր Պետրոսյանը ծնվել է 1971 թ. դեկտեմբերի 17-ին, Գյումրի (Լենինական) քաղաքում: Հայկական ֆուտբոլի լավագույն կիսապաշտպաններից մեկը՝ Արթուր Պետրոսյանը, խաղային կարիերան սկսել է Գյումրիի «Շիրակ» հեղինակավոր ակումբում: 1989-1998 թվականներին Արթուր Պետրոսյանը հանդես է եկել հենց Գյումրիի «Շիրակում»: 1998-1999 թվականներին շարունակել է ֆուտբոլային կարիերան իսրայելական «Մաքքաբի»-ում: 1999-2000 թվականներին Արթուր Պետրոսյանը կրկին վերադարձել է հարազատ «Շիրակ»: 1999-ին հայ ճանաչված կիսապաշտպանը հա նդես է եկել նաև Նիժնի Նովգորոդի «Լոկոմոտիվ»-ի կազմում: 2000 թվականին Արթուր Պետրոսյանը՝ Հայաստանի լավագույն ֆուտբոլիստներից մեկը, շարունակել է ֆուտբոլային առաջընթացը Շվեյցարիայում: 2000-2003 թվականներին հանդես է եկել շվեյցարական «Յանգ Բոյզ»-ում, 2003-2006 թվականներին՝ «Ցյուրիխ»-ում:

 Արթուր Պետրոսյանը Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքական է հրավիրվել 1992 թվականին: 1992-2005 թթ. - Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի կազմում անցկացրել է 69 հանդիպում, դարձել 11 գոլի հեղինակ, Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի բոլոր ժամանակների երկրորդ լավագույն ռմբարկուն է:

 Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի նորանշանակ գլխավոր մարզիչը` Հայաստանի քառակի չեմպիոն է (1992, 1994, 1995, 1999), Հայաստանի երկակի սուպերգավաթակիր (1996, 1999), Շվեյցարիայի գավաթակիր (2005), Շվեյցարիայի չեմպիոն (2005-2006):

 Նա Հայաստանի լավագույն ֆուտբոլիստ է ճանաչվել 1996, 2000 թվականներին, Հայաստանի առաջնության լավագույն ռմբարկու՝ 1997 թվականին:

 Արթուր Պետրոսյանը սկսել է մարզչական գործունեությունը 2006 թվականին՝ գլխավորելով «Ցյուրիխի» Մ-14, 15, 16, 18  թիմերը: 2011 թվականին «Ցյուրիխի» Մ-18 թիմի հետ դարձել է Շվեյցարիայի չեմպիոն:

2014-2015 թվականներին եղել է Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականի գլխավոր մարզիչ Բեռնար Շալանդի օգնականը: 2016 թ. ստացել է մարզչական ՊՐՈ արտոնագիր:
