«Ժամանակ». Սերժ Սարգսյանի աղը ՀՀԿ վերքի վրա. կուսակցությունում չեն հասկանում

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Օրերս պատասխանելով Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետական հեռանկարի մասին լրագրողների հարցին, որի առիթ հանդիսացել էր արաբական Ալ Ջազերա հեռուստաընկերությանը տված Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարցազրույցը՝ ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը արել էր բավականին հետաքրքրական հայտարարություն, բավական նուրբ երանգներով:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ինչպես հայտնի է, արաբական հեռուստաալիքին ասել էր, թե դեռ վաղ է խոսել նախագահի պաշտոնից հետո վարչապետ առաջադրվելու հավանականության մասին, քանի որ ամեն ինչ կախված է 2017 թվականի ընտրությունից, եւ այդպիսի հեռանկարի վերաբերյալ արտահայտվելու համար պետք է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն «շատ լավ քվե» ստանա այդ ընտրությանը: ՀՀԿ խոսնակը, ի պատասխան դրա վերաբերյալ լրագրողների հարցի, հայտարարել էր. «Մեր խնդիրը 2017թ. ժողովրդավարական ընտրություններ կազմակերպելն ու վստահության քվե ստանալն է: Դրանից հետո, եթե հաղթի ՀՀԿ-ն՝ կոալիցիայով, թե առանց, Սերժ Սարգսյանը կանդրադառնա դրան, կուսակցությունը կորոշի նոր կառավարության կազմը, ծրագիրը: Այդքան պրիմիտիվ մի նայեք այս հարցին»:

Հանրապետական կուսակցության խոսնակը չի ասում, որ ՀՀԿ-ն ունի վարչապետի թեկնածու, եւ ընտրությանը հաջողության հասնելու դեպքում իրենք հնարավորություն են տալու այդ թեկնածուին շարունակելու իր աշխատանքը: Բանն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի այդ հայտարարությունների բուն խորքից որքան հասարակությունն է անտեղյակ, նույնքան էլ անտեղյակ են նաեւ ՀՀԿ-ականները: Եվ այս իմաստով, Սերժ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը ՀՀԿ-ում առաջացրել է երկակի իրավիճակ:

Մի կողմից նա, ներկայացնելով Կարեն Կարապետյանին, ստեղծում է տպավորություն, որ Կարապետյանը վարչապետական երկարաժամկետ նախագիծ է եւ իրականացնելու է ՀՀԿ նոր ոգու առաքելություն, լինելու է փոփոխությունների խորհրդանիշ, մյուս կողմից Սարգսյանը հարցազրույց է տալիս Ալ Ջազերա հեռուստաընկերությանը եւ փաստացի ակնարկում, որ Կարեն Կարապետյանը փոփոխության ենթակա է եւ ըստ էության՝ կարող է ստացվել այնպես, որ Կարապետյանն ընդամենը նախապատրաստելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետությունը:

Դա էապես փոխում է ներկայիս իրավիճակի ընկալումը ՀՀԿ-ի ներսում: Բանն այն է, որ մի բան է Կարեն Կարապետյան նախագիծը Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանությունից հեռանալու դեպքում, մեկ այլ բան է Կարապետյան նախագիծը որպես Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանական տրանսֆորմացիայի եւ նախագահի պաշտոնից վարչապետի պաշտոնի անցման միջոց:

Եթե Կարապետյանը Սարգսյանի սահուն հեռանալու նախագիծն է, ապա այստեղ ՀՀԿ-ում ներկայումս առկա ստատուս-քվոյի սուբյեկտների համար խնդիր է դառնում այդ նախագծի հանդեպ վերաբերմունքի ձեւավորումը եւ դիրքավորումը, հարկ եղած դեպքում արդեն դիմակայության կազմակերպման համատեքստում, նաեւ Սերժ Սարգսյանի խնդիրներից ելնելով: Որովհետեւ ՀՀԿ-ի մեծամասնության, հավակնոտ խմբերի համար առաջանում է հաջորդ հարցը` իսկ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ուզո՞ւմ է հեռանալ, թե՞ ստիպված է հեռանում:

Այսինքն՝ նա Կարապետյանի հետ շահերի խորքային բախման մեջ է, թե ոչ, այդ հարցում նրան օգնել պետք է, թե նրան պետք չէ խանգարել: Իսկ եթե օգնության կարիք կա, իսկ իրենք հապաղեն, կամ ինչ որ մեկն անցնի առաջ: Բայց եթե փորձեն օգնել, բայց իրականում պարզվի, որ խանգարում են Սարգսյանին սահուն հեռանալ: Եվ առավել եւս, եթե Կարապետյանը Սարգսյանի սահուն մնալու նախագիծն է, ապա այստեղ Կարապետյանի հետ չլինելը կարող է ստացվել չլինել Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ` խանգարել Սարգսյանին սահուն մնալ: Արաբական հեռուստաալիքին Սարգսյանի արած ակնարկը բավականին բարդացրել է Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներկայիս ստատուս-քվոն կազմող սեգմենտների հոգեբանական վիճակը կամ կառավարության փոփոխությամբ բացված ներկուսակցական քաղաքական վերքի վրա ավելացրել հոգեբանական բավականաչափ աղ: Սարգսյանն այդ վերքը բաց կպահի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ բաց կմնա իր հետնախագահական կարգավիճակի հարցը: Իսկ այդ հարցը Սարգսյանը դեռ նոր է բացում»:
