Վանաձորի աղմկահարույց ընտրություններից հետո Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը հայտնվել է լրատվամիջոցների ուշադրության կենտրոնում: Հետաքրքիր է, որ մանրադիտակի տակ է ոչ թե նրա պաշտոնական գործունեությունը, այլ մշտադիտարկման առարկա են դարձել նրա սոցիալական տարբեր էջերը: Հանուն անկեղծության նշենք, որ չնայած շատերը Facebook և մյուս սոցիալական ցանցերն օգտագործում են սեփական իմիջի ձևավորման և PR-ի առաջխաղացման համար, սակայն քիչ չեն այնպիսի օգտատերերը, որոնք նույն այդ սոցիալական հարթակներն օգտագործում են իրենց առօրյա կյանքում տեղի ունեցած ուրախալի դեպքերը հանրությանը ներկայացնելու համար:

Այս տեսանկյունից բոլորովին էլ հասկանալի չէ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանի՝ ՌԴ Սամարայի նահանգի նոտարական պալատի նախագահի շնորհավորական ուղերձի հրապարակման շուրջ ծավալված քննադատությունը, քանի որ իրականում դա ավելի շատ ոչ թե սեփական անձի PR-ին էր նման, այլ պարզապես իր կոլեգայի ցուցաբերած ուշադրությունն ընդգծելուն:

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Մ. Ասլանյանը, երկար տարիներ լինելով նոտարական համակարգի աշխատակից, ամենայն հավանակությամբ բարեկամական հարաբերություններ է ունեցել ոչ միայն Սամարայի, այլև ՌԴ այլ բնակավայրերի իր կոլեգաների հետ, ովքեր նաև սոցիալական հարթակներում նրա ընկերների ցանկում են: Պատկերացրեք, թե ինչպես կընկալվեր նույն այդ կոլեգաների կողմից, եթե նման շնորհավորական ուղերձը նա չհանրայնացներ։ Այսինքն՝ դժվար թե Սամարայից ստացված շնորհավորական ուղերձը տեղավորվի Վանաձորի նորընտիր քաղաքապետի PR-ակցիայի տրամաբանության մեջ, այլ այն ընդամենը կամ «շատ-շատ» կարող է լինել շնորհակալական ժեստ՝ ուղղված իր ռուս կոլեգային: Ուստի լավ կլինի, որ ոչ թե ոչնչից աղմուկ սարքելու փորձ արվի, որը նաև կարող է կաշկանդել նրա ազատ կամարտահայտումը, այլ քննադատվի նրա պաշտոնական գործունեությունը:
