Սալորաչիրն առանց  կորիզի  թրջել:  Ընկույզը բաժանել երկու մասին, մի մասը փշրանքների վերածել, իսկ մյուս մասը  դանակով կտրատել: Սալորաչիրը մսաղացով աղալ և ընկույզի փշրանքներով խառնել, որպեսզի միատարր զանգված ստանալ:

Կաթսայի մեջ կարագը հալեցնել, ապա ավելացնել շաքարավազ, դարչին, վանիլային շաքարավազ, նարնջի կեղև և կոնյակ: Լավ խառնել և թողնել մի քանի րոպե կրակի վրա:

Այն լցնել ընկույզով և սալորաչրի զանգվածի վրա, լավ խառնել:  Դնել սառնարան մի քանի րոպե: Կտրատած ընկույզը լցնել ափսեի մեջ, սառնարանից հանել զանգվածը և գնդիկներ պատրաստել: Այն թաթախել ընկույզի մեջ և ձեռքով սեղմել:  Կոնֆետը  մի քանի ժամ դնել սառնարան:
