ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 9-ին պաշտոնական այցով ժամանել է Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ: Դիմավորման պաշտոնական արարողությունից հետո տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ Նախագահի և Աբու Դաբի էմիրության թագաժառանգ, ԱՄԷ Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր հրամանատարի տեղակալ շեյխ Մուհամմադ բին Զայեդ ալ Նահյանի ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպումը` երկու երկրների պաշտոնական պատվիրակությունների անդամների մասնակցությամբ, որին հաջորդել է Սերժ Սարգսյանի և շեյխ Մուհամմադ բին Զայեդ ալ Նահյանի առանձնազրույցը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Նշելով, որ Հայաստանը շահագրգիռ է Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների հետ քաղաքական երկխոսության ակտիվացմամբ և համընդգրկուն փոխգործակցության զարգացմամբ, Հանրապետության Նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում կայանալիք բանակցություններն ու ձեռքբերվելիք պայմանավորվածություններն իրենց զգալի ներդրումը կունենան հայ-էմիրաթական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման գործում:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը գոհունակությամբ է նշել, որ Հայաստանի և Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների միջև հարաբերությունները վերջին տասնամյակում թևա կոխել են զարգացման նոր, ավելի գործնական փուլ. երկու երկրների միջև ստորագրվել են տարբեր բնագավառներում համագործակցության մասին երկու տասնյակից ավելի փաստաթղթեր, որոնք կհամալրվեն պաշտոնական այցի շրջանակներում ստորագրվելիք նոր փաստաթղթերով:

Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք են եղել, որ դարերի պատմություն ունեցող հայ և արաբ ժողովուրդների բարեկամությամբ պայմանավորված ամուր հիմքի վրա այսօր Հայաստանի և արաբական երկրների, այդ թվում` Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների միջև հաջողությամբ զարգանում են միջպետական հարաբերությունները: Երկկողմ փոխգործակցության զարգացման համատեքստում կարևորվել է երկու երկրների միջև պարբերական քաղաքական խորհրդակցությունների, ինչպես նաև տարբեր մակարդակի փոխայցելությունների իրականացումը:

ՀՀ Նախագահը և թագաժառանգ շեյխ Մուհամմադ բին Զայեդ ալ Նահյանը հայ-էմիրաթական առևտրատնտեսական փոխգործակցության ներկայիս տեմպերը խթանելու գործում կարևորել են միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքը, որը, նրանց համոզմամբ, նպաստավոր հարթակ կհանդիսանա միմյանց շուկաների ուսումնասիրման, տարբեր ոլորտներում շահավետ ներդրումների իրականացման, ինչպես նաև երկու երկրների տնտեսության մեջ տեղի ունեցող բարեփոխումների ու նորարարությունների ընթացքին հետևելու համար: Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ինտենսիվացնել Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ էմիրաթական ներդրումների ներգրավման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները և գտնել արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներ ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրագործման նպատակով:

Հանդիպմանը երկկողմ օրակարգի փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերից բացի, անդրադարձ է եղել միջազգային արդի խնդիրներին, մերձավորարևելյան ճգնաժամին, այդ տարածաշրջանում ծավալվող իրադարձություններին, Հար ավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանում առկա խնդիրներին ու մարտահրավերներին, ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացին:
