ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների Հատուկ վտանգավոր վարակների ներբերումից և տարածումից տարածքի սանիտարական պաշտպանության հիմնախնդիրների Համակարգող խորհրդի XVI նիստը և XIII միջպետական գիտագործնական համաժողովը  վերջերս տեղի է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Սարատով քաղաքում։ Քննարկման թեման էր «ԱՊՀ անդամ պետություններում սանիտարահամաճարակային բարեկեցության ապահովման ոլորտում ձեռքներումները մինչև 2016թ.՝ ԱՀԿ-ի միջազգային առողջապահական կանոնների ռազմավարության ներդրման շրջանակներում» թեմայով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, որպես Համակարգող խորհրդի անդամ XVI նիստին մասնակցել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Լիլիթ Ավետիսյանը: Նա միաժամանակ XIII միջպետական գիտագործնական  համաժողովում հանդես է եկել զեկուցմամբ՝ ներկայացնելով Հայաստանի փորձը բնական օջախային վարակիչ հիվանդությունների համաճարակաբանական հսկողության ոլորտում՝ Միջազգային առողջապահական կանոնների համատեքստում։ Նիստին մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ ԱՆ աշխատակազմի Առողջապահական պետական տեսչության պետի տեղակալ Գոհար Փանաջյանը:

ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների տարածքի սանիտարական պաշտպանության հարցերով XVI նիստի շրջանակում տեղի է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից Հայաստանին շարժական 2 լաբորատորիայի հանձնման արարողություն՝ հանձնելով վկայագիր։ Երկուստեք կարևորվել է տարածքի սանիտարական պաշտպանության, մասնավորապես՝ լաբորատոր ոլորտում համագործակցության հետագա ամրապնդումը։

Նվիրաբերված լաբորատորիաները կարևոր դերակատարություն կունենան լաբորատոր կարողության զարգացման գործում՝ դրանք համապատասխանեցնելով Միջազգային առողջապահական կանոնների պահանջներին: Շարժական լաբորատորիաները հատկապես արդյունավետ կլինեն բռնկումների ժամանակ, տեղում լաբորատոր հետազոտություններ կազմակերպելով, դեպքերն արագ հայտնաբերելու և արագ արձագանքելու գործընթացում: Դրանք կկիրառվեն հեռավոր, դժվարամատչելի բնակավայրերում ևս: Լաբորատորիաները հնարավորություն ունեն կատարելու նաև վտանգավոր ախտածինների հետազոտություններ:
