 ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը կարծում է, որ պետք է պատժվեն բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր փորձել են հատկապես պաշտպանության բյուջեի հաշվին կառուցել իրենց ընտանիքների և օջախների երջանկությունը: Ազգային ժողովում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության ժամանակ զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասների հատուցման մասին օրենքի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ՀՀ պաշ տպանության նախարարն, անդրադառնալով հաճախ հնչող կարծիքներին, թե պետք է զինծառայողների սոցիալական պաշտպանվածությունն ապահովել պետական բյուջեից թալանված գումարները հետ վերադարձնելու եղանակով, ընդգծեց, որ ուրախ կլինի, եթե Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներից յուրաքանչյուրը կամ պետական կառավարման համակարգում դրանց համար ուղղակի պատասխանատվություն կրող մարմինները անուն-անուն ներկայացնեն նրանց, ովքեր փորձել են հատկապես պաշտպանության բյուջեի հաշվին կառուցել իրենց ընտանիքների կամ օջախների ենթադրյալ երջանկությունը: «Խորապես վստահ ե մ, որ դա անհնար է ինչպես իրավական, այնպես էլ բարոյական նկատառումներով, բայց եթե այդպիսիք կան, դրանք պետք է պատժվեն, իսկ գումարները պետք է վերադարձվեն: Սակայն դրանք պետք է վերադարձվեն ոչ թե կոնկրետ ծրագրով, այլ պետք է ընթացակարգի համաձայն վերադարձվեն պետական բյուջե»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Նախարարը նաև հավելեց, որ քննարկվող օրենքի նախագծի վերաբերյալ առաջինից երկրորդ ընթերցման ռեժիմում պատրաստ է լսել ցանկացած առաջարկ: Նա խոստացավ այդ ընթացքում ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի ապահովի հնարավորինս լայն հանրային քննարկում՝ կապված օրենքի նախագծի հետ: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նաև պարզաբանեց, թե ինչի համար է անհրաժեշտություն առաջացել արագ ընթացակարգով ընդունել օրենքը: «Դուք գիտեք, որ մենք մոտենում ենք Ազգային ժողովի աշնանային նստաշրջանի ավարտին, իսկ արդեն հաջորդ տարի տեղի կունենան խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ: Մտավախություն կար, որ մեն ք այս հարցին չանդրադառնանք ընթացիկ նստաշրջանի ընթացքում, ապա դա կարող ենք անել միայն հաջորդ աշնանային նստաշրջանի ընթացքում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ մենք անհարկի հետաձգելու ենք այս կարևոր օրենքի ընդունումը»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը:

Նա նաև հավելեց, որ, այս օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը ներկայացնելով, բոլորովին նպատակ չի հետապնդում քաղաքական միավորներ և դիվիդենտներ շահել: Նա ընդգծեց, որ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության նպատակը զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին կամ հաշմանդամ դարձած զինծառայողներին արժանի հատուցում ապահովելն է, ինչը պետական բյուջեի միջոցներով հնարավոր չէ անել:
