ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, ԵԽԽՎ-ում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, ԵԽԽՎ Եվրոպական պահպանողականների խմբի անդամ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը եւ պատվիրակության անդամ, ԵԽԽՎ Եվրոպական պահպանողականների խմբի անդամ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը նոյեմբերի 21-ին հանդիպել են ԵԽԽՎ Եվրոպական պահպանողականների խմբի ղեկավար Յան Լիդլ-Գրեյնջերի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկ ատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ողջունելով հյուրի այցը Հայաստան՝ Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի համար Եվրոպական պահպանողականների կուսակցությունը կարեւոր գործընկեր է՝ հավելելով, որ ԵԽԽՎ-ում պարոն Լիդլ-Գրեյնջերի պաշտոնավարումից ի վեր համագործակցությունը ԵԽԽՎ-ում պահպանողականների խմբի հետ դարձել է ավելի արդյունավետ եւ ընդգրկուն: Այս համատեքստում տիկին Նաղդալյանը երախտիքի խոսք է հայտնել Յան Լիդլ-Գրեյնջերին եւ խմբի անդամներին՝ Ռոբերտ Վոլտերի «Բռնությունների սրացումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում եւ Ադրբեջանի այլ գրավյալ տարածքներում» ու Միլիսա Մարկովիչի Սարսանգի ջրամբարի վերաբերյալ զեկույցների քվեարկության ժամանակ աջակցության համար:

Պատվիրակության ղեկավարը մանրամասն ներկայացրել է մեր երկրում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները, անդրադարձել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին, դրանով պայմանավորված օրենսդրության ներդաշնակեցման գործընթացներին: Նա ընդգծել է, որ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներն իրականացվել են Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ, ինչի արդյունքում քննարկվել եւ լուծում են ստացել գրեթե բոլոր վիճահարույց հարցերը:

«Մենք հստակ քաղաքական կամք ենք ցուցաբերում, որպեսզի 2017 թվականին իրականացնենք օրինական եւ հանրության վստահությունը վայելող խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ»,-ընդգծել է տիկին Նաղդալյանը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է Հայաստանի՝ մոնիթորինգային ընթացակարգից հետմոնիթորինգային ընթացակարգի անցման հնարավորությունը: ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը ԵԽ առջեւ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների գործընթացում լուրջ առաջընթաց է գրանցել:

Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը խոսել է նաեւ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացից՝ նշելով, որ յուրաքանչյուր հակամարտություն ունի իր առանձնահատկությունները, դրդապատճառները, կարգավորման ընթացքը: Նա հավելել է, որ մեր երկրի համար ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմամբ զբաղվող միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված միակ ձեւաչափը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբն է եւ հակամարտության կարգավորումն այլ հարթակներ տեղափոխելու ջանքերը կարող են հանգեցնել անկանխատեսելի հետեւանքների:

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը եւս անդրադարձել է ընտրական գործընթացներին՝ արդար ընտրությունների անցկացման հարցում կարեւորելով իշխանությունների քաղաքական կամքը:

ԵԽԽՎ Եվրոպական պահպանողականների խմբի ղեկավարն իր գոհունակությունն է արտահայտել Հայաստանում հետեւողականորեն շարունակվող բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ եւ ընդգծել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը հանդիսանում է կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորման համար մանդատ ունեցող միակ մարմինը եւ պետք է բոլոր պայմաններն ունենա իր աշխատանքը կատարելու համար: Պահպանողականները եւս իրենց հնարավորությունների սահմաններում շարունակելու են օժանդակել ՄԽ շրջանակներում կոնֆլիկտի կարգավորման գործընթացին:
