«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Պաշտպանության նախարարության խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը դեռ չի հստակեցնում «Մարտական գործողությունների ժամանակ զոհված եւ վիրավորված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին սոցիալական աջակցություն ստանալու» օրենքի նախագիծն առաջինից երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ ինչ փոփոխությունների կենթարկվի եւ արդյոք պարտադիր սկզբունքը կհանվի՞, թե՞ ոչ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ պարտադիր սկզբունքի չեղարկվելու մասին խորհրդարանում հայտարարել էր ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ օրենքը կարող է կիրառվել նաեւ կամավորության սկզբունքով, ըստ որի, այն աշխատողները, որոնք կհրաժարվեն 1000-ական դրամ վճարելուց, կարող են համապատասխան դիմում գրել եւ հրաժարվել վճարելուց:

Ի դեպ, այսօր «ԻՆԳՈ ԱՐՄԵՆԻԱ» ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, որ կփոխհատուցի իր բոլոր աշխատակիցների 1000-ական դրամները, իսկ «Երեւանի մաթեմատիկական մեքենաների գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ն՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձ ստացող եւ այն աշխատակիցների փոխարեն, ովքեր չեն ցանկանա վճարել 1000-ական դրամները»:
