Այսօր ԱԺ ֆինանսաբյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում քննարկվեց 2016թ. բյուջեի կատարողականի առաջին ինը ամիսների արդյունքները:

Քննարկման ժամանակ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանին հարցրեց՝ ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ կան տնտեսական աճի հետ կապված:

Հարցին ի պատասխան Վարդան Արամյանը նշեց. «Տարին կարող ենք փակել ոչ թե տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսված 2.2 % ցուցանիշով, այլ ավելի ցածր: Հիմնական պատճառը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում արձանագրված ցուցանիշների անկումն է, քանի որ երկու ամսվա ընթացքում կտրուկ իջել են գյուղմթերքի արտադրության ծավալները»,-ասաց նա:

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը ՊԵԿ փոխնախագահ Վախթանգ Միրումյանից էլ հետաքրքրվեց, թե որոնք էին հիմնական պատճառները, որ եկամուտները թերակատարվեցին:

«Թերակատարման պատճառները մի քանիսն են՝ մակրոտնտեսական օբյեկտիվ զարգացումները, օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները, մասնավորապես՝ ԱԱՀ շեմի կտրուկ բարձրացումը և վարչարարական ջանքերը:  Վարչարարական ջանքերն ու ստվերի կրճատմանն ուղղված գործողությունները հենց ուղղված են նրան, որ փորձենք այդ ճեղքը մեղմել: Ինչքանո՞վ կհաջողվի՝ կխոսենք տարվա վերջում»,- ասաց նա:
