Վիգեն Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է զորակոչի ընթացքում կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը

ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում նոյեմբերի 25-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հանրապետական զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի ընդլայնված նիստը, որի ընթացքում ամփոփվել են 2016թ. առաջին զորակոչի արդյունքները, քննարկվել են երկրորդ` ձմեռային զորակոչի պատշաճ կազմակերպման ու անցկացման հարցերը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զորակոչային հանձնաժողովի նիստին մասնակցել են շահագրգիռ կառույցների ղեկավարներ, մարզպետներ, հանրապետության տարածքային զինվորական կոմիսարները, բուժհանձնաժողովների անդամներ, ինչպես նաև զորակոչի անցկացմանն օժանդակող այլ մարմինների ներակայացուցիչներ:

Նիստի ընթացքում զինկոմիսարիատների և բուժհանձնաժողովների կատարած աշխատանքների և նախորդ զորակոչի ընդհանուր արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ամփոփիչ զեկույց է ներկայացրել ՀՀ զինվորական կոմիսար, գեներալ-մայոր Հենրիկ Մուրադյանը: Զեկույցում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նախորդ զորակոչի ժամանակ արձանագրված դրական միտումներին, առկա որոշակի բացթողումներին: Ընդգծվել է, որ շահագրգիռ կառույցների հետ համատեղ կատարված աշխատանքի արդյունքում ապահովվել է զորակոչի թափանցիկությունը:

Կրկին վիճակահանության կարգով, արդարության ու հավասարության ապահովման սկզբունքով 2017թ. հունվարին կմեկնարկի ձմեռային զորակոչը: Պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի բնորոշմամբ՝ զորակոչի անցկացման որակից է մեծապես կախված զինված ուժերի նկատմամբ հասարակության հավատն ու վստահությունը: Զորակոչի պատշաճ կազմակերպումն ու անցկացումը նաև ազգ-բանակ գաղափարի կյանքի կոչման հիմնական ուղղություններից է:  

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նաև նկատել է, որ զորակոչի կազմակերպման և թափանցիկության ապահովման ուղղությամբ իրականացված մեծածավալ աշխատանքներին և արձանագրված դրական միտումներին զուգահեռ դեռևս կան մտահոգիչ հարցեր: Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նոր ձեքբերումների ու որակական նոր առաջընթացի հասնելու ակնկալիքով հորդորել է զորակոչի պատասխանատուներին ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել զորակոչիկների բժշկական փորձաքննության պատշաճ կազմակերպման, կոռոպցիոն ռիսկերի նվազեցման խնդիրները, լինել չափազանց զգոն, ուշադիր և հետևողական հատկապես զորակոչիկների բուժհետազոտման աշխատանքներում՝ անառողջ երիտասարդների զորակոչը բացառելու, միևնույն ժամանակ՝ կեղծ հիվանդությունների կամ քրեորեն պատժելի այլ արարքների պատրվակով զորակոչից խուսափողներին հայտնաբերելու նպատակով: Նիստի ավարտին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հրամաններով խրախուսվել են նախորդ զորակոչի ընթացքում բարեխիղճ ծառայությամբ առավել աչքի ընկած սպաներն ու զորակոչին ներգրավված այլ կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները:
