 Գալիք 2-3 տարիները լինելու են խիստ կարեւոր Սահմանադրության անցումային դրույթներն արդյունավետ կերպով կյանքի կոչելու տեսանկյունից: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում  է Արմենպրեսը, ՀՀԿ 16-րդ համագումարի ընթացքում իր ելույթում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Նախագահ, ՀՀԿ առաջնորդ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

«Այս մասին մենք բազմիցս եւ հանգամանալիորեն խոսել ենք: Նոր Սահմանադրությամբ էապես բարձրանում է կուսակցությունների դերը մեր հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում: Այսուհետ ինքնաբերաբար անհետանալու են մարդ-կուսակցությունները, կամ ակումբ-կուսակցությունները: Քաղաքական կուսակցությունների հիմնական ձեւավորող եւ շարժիչ ուժը պետք է լինեն գաղափարակից համախոհները: Այս նոր պայմաններում քաղաքական դաշտի բյուրեղացումն անխուսափելի է: Դա առաջին հերթին արտահայտվելու է կառավարող եւ ընդդիմադիր բեւեռների ավելի հստակ տարանջատմամբ: Նաեւ անխուսափե լի են դառնում քաղաքական միավորների խոշորացումը»,- ասաց Սերժ Սարգսյանը:

Նախագահի խոսքով՝ Հանրապետականը հատուկ առաքելություն պետք է ստանձնի այս անցումային շրջանում: 2016-2018թթ-ի փուլը պետք է լինի հնարավորինս կայուն, սահուն եւ անցնցում:

«Մենք, որպես համախոհների թիմ, այդ ընթացքում պետք է հանդես գանք որպես առաջնորդող եւ սկզբունքային, բայց, միեւնույն ժամանակ, բանակցող, միջնորդող, հակասությունները հարթող ուժ: Վերջին ամիսներին մեր քաղաքական կյանքի թերեւս ամենագերակա թեման եղել է մեր նոր կառավարությունը՝ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ: Առիթից օգտվելով, առաջին հերթին բոլորիս անունից ցանկանում եմ նրան եւ կառավարության բոլոր անդամներին եւս մեկ անգամ հայտնել մեր անվերապահ աջակցությունը: Բոլորիս անունից ողջունում եմ հանրապետականի շարքերը համալրելու՝ վարչապետ Կարապետյանի եւ կառավարության մյուս անդամների որոշումը: Վստահ եմ, որ Կարապետյանի խանդավառ ոճն ու կառավարիչի տաղանդը լիովին կբացահատնվեն այս պաշտոնում եւ նոր ոգեւորություն կբերեն մեր թիմի անդամներին»,- հավելեց նա:
