Երիտասարդ բժիշկների ազգային խորհուրդն իր արտագնա նիստն անցկացրեց Շիրակում

 Երիտասարդ բժիշկների ազգային խորհուրդը նոյեմբերի 26-ին իր արտագնա նիստն անցկացրեց Շիրակում: Գյումրու «Բժշկական կենտրոն»-ում անցկացված նիստի ժամանակ քննարկվեցին խորհրդի գործունեության հետագա ծրագրերի հետ կապված հարցերը, այդ թվում՝ Վարդենիս ԲԿ-ում  առաջիկայում  կազմակերպվելիք «Բաց դռների  օր» միջոցառման վ երաբերյալ: Ինչպես արտագնա նիստի ժամանակ տեղեկացրեց Երիտասարդ բժիշկների ազգային խորհրդի նախագահ Նարեկ Վանեսյանը,  կան  համընդհանուր շատ  խնդիրներ, որոնք պահանջում են լուծումներ, իսկ մարզերում  այդ խնդիրներն առավել քան ակնհայտ են: Երիտասարդ բժիշկներից շատ քչերն են գնում մարզային հիվանդանոցներ աշխատելու, որովհետև ո՛չ աշխատավարձն է համարժեք, ո՛չ պայմանները, չկա նաև մասնագիտական աճի հնարավորություն: «Երիտասարդ բժիշկներին անհրաժեշտ է պահել և փայփայել ու պայմաններ ստեղծել, որ աշխատեն  տեղում՝ մտածելով նաև նրանց մասնագ իտական վերապատրաստման մասին»-նշեց Նարեկ Վանեսյանը՝  կարևորելով Գյումրի բժշկական կենտրոնի կողմից երիտասարդ կադրերի նկատմամբ իրականացվող քաղաքականությունը. կենտրոնը պարբերաբար համալրվում է երիտասարդ բժիշկներով՝ հնարավորություն տալով նրանց հաստատվելու:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Արմենպրեսը, նորաստեղծ խորհուրդն իր  աշխատանքներն ուղղելու է  առողջապահական  խնդիրների հաղթահարման մեխանիզմների լուծմանը: «Խորհրդի գործունեությունը միտված է երիտասարդ բժիշկների մասնագիտական աճին և նոր հնարավորությունների խթանմանը: Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ մենք առողջապահության և ներկան ենք, և ապագան, մեր նպատակն է առաջնային կետով աջակցել ՀՀ առողջապահության  նախարարությանը և վերհանել այն խնդիրները, որոնք չեն հասնում նախարարությանը և լինենք հետևողական այդ խնդ րի լուծման համար, մյուս խնդիրը դա բժիշկի անպաշտպանվածությունն է՝ սատարել բժիշկին իրավական առումով»,-լրագրողների հետ ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Նարեկ Վանեսյանը՝  հավելելով նաև բժշկական վերահսկողության անհրաժեշտությունը:

Արտագնա նիստի ժամանակ Գյումրու ԲԿ տնօրեն Արմեն Իսահակյանին շնորհվեց խորհրդի Պատվավոր անդամի կոչում:
