Newsyou.info-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Հոլանդիան արդեն վաղուց հայտնի է իր հավակնոտ նախագծերով, որոնք ժամանակ առ ժամանակ աշխարհին հիացմունք են պատճառվում։ Այդ շարքից ներկայացվում է 7 կարևոր նվաճում։

1. Հոլանդիան միակ երկիրն է աշխարհում, ուր չկան անօթևան կենդանիներ։Հոլանդիայի իշխանությունները սեփական իրավունքներ են շնորհել կենդանիներին և բավական լրջորեն պատժում են մարդկանց, որոնք կոշտ են վերաբերում կենդանիների հետ կամ լքում են նրանց։

2. Արևային մարտկոցներով հեծանվաուղիները և ավտոմայրուղիներն առաջինը հայտնվել են Հոլանդիայում։ Ճանապարհի մշակած արևային էներգիան օգտագորվում է փողոցների լուսավորության, մեխանիկական ու էլեկտրական տրանսպորտային միջոցների լուսավորման համար։

3. Էլեկտրամոբիլների լիցքավորման կայանները գտնվում են յուրաքանչյուր 50 մետր հեռավորության վրա։ Իշխանությունները փորձում են հասնել ավտոմոբիլային վառելիքից վերջնականապես հրաժարվելուն, ինչի համար էլ ամենուրեք տեղակայել են էլեկտրական կայաններ, որոնք կենսական կարևորություն ունեն նոր սերնդի ավտոմեքենաներ օգտագործող քաղաքացիների համար։

4. Հոլանդիայում կա քաղաք, ուր ոչ ոք չի օգտվում ավտոմեքենաներից։ Հոլանդական Հաութեն քաղաքը ճանաչվել է աշխարհի ամենաանվտանգ քաղաք։ 1980-ական թվականներին քաղաքի 4000 բնակիչներն ընդունեցին ռազմավարական որոշում՝ աստիճանաբար հրաժարվելու համար ավտոմեքենա վարելուց և խթանելու համար քաղաքացիների կողմից հեծանվային տրանսպորտից օգտվելը։

5. Հոլանդիայի իշխանություններն աստիճանաբար արգելք են դնում վառելիքային ավտոմեքենաների օգտագործման վրա։ Հոլանդիայի կառավարությունը ծրագրում է ընդամենը 9 տարի անց՝ 2025 թվականին, ամբողջովին արգելել երկրում դիզելային ու բենզինային շարժիչներով ավտոմեքենաները։

6. Երկրում բանտարկյալների բացակայության պատճառով փակվում են բանտերը։ Հոլանդայում վաղուց մանրակրկիտ աշխատանք է տարվում հանցավորության մակարդակը նվազեցնելու ուղղությամբ։ 2009 թվականից բանտարկյալների պակասի պատճառով Նիդեռլանդներում փակվել է 19 բանտ։ Վերջին տվյալներով երկրում 100.000 բնակչին բաժին է ընկնում ընդամենը 163 հանցագործ, ինչը կրկնակի պակաս է Բրազիլիայի ցուցանիշից։

7. Հոլանդիայում կան էկոդուկներ՝ անտառում բնակվող կենդանիների համար նախատեսված հատուկ կամուրջներ։ Հոլանդիայի իշխանությունների առաջնահերթությունների մեջ մտնում է վայրի կենդանիների պաշտպանությունը։ Երկրում կառուցվել են մի շարք հատուկ կամուրջներ, որոնք անտառի բնակիչներին հնարավորություն են տալիս անվտանգ տեղաշարժվել անտառի մի մասից մյուսը։
