Այս պահին լարված ու պայթյունավտանգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արարատի մարզի Խաչփառ գյուղում։

Ինչպես գյուղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, գյուղի գրեթե 90 տոկոսը հավաքվել է գյուղի վարչական տարածքով հոսող Հրազդան գետի մոտ և արդարացիորեն պահանջում են, որպեսզի արդեն մի քանի տարի գետի «հերն անիծած» ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչները դադարեցնեն իրենց ապօրինի գործողությունները։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում գյուղացիներն ասում էին. «Չենք դիմում ծայրահեղ քայլի՝ վստահելով մեր գյուղապետին ու գիտենք, որ հանրապետության նախագահը և վարչապետը տեղեկացված չեն այս վանդալիզմի մասին։ Գյուղի գետի հունը 180 աստիճան փոխել են և մոտ 45 մետր խորությամբ ավերել։ Դրանց ընչաքաղցության արդյունքում անգամ եղել են դեպքեր, երբ երեխաները հայտնվել են գետում։ Ցավոք, ունեցել ենք նաև ջրահեղձման դեպքեր։ Երևան մտնող գլխավոր ճանապարհը այս պահին չենք փակում, ու եթե պատկան մարմինները հետևություններ չանեն, ապա ողջ գյուղով՝ մեր ու մանուկ, ահել-ջահել փակելու ենք ճանապարհը, քանի որ, գիտենք՝ դրա արդյունքում և բնությունն է պաշտպանվելու, և մի ամբողջ գյուղ չի դատարկվի։ Էլ չենք ասում՝ այնպիսի տեխնիկաներ են շահագործում, որոնց դղրդոցը մինչև գյուղի ծայրամաս լսվում է։ Հոգեկաններս խառնվել ա դրանց տեխնիկայի ձայներից։ Լավ կլիներ, որ էներգետիկայի և ընդերքի նախարարության կաբինետներում տաքուկ բազկաթոռներին նստած այդ պաշտոնյաները մի օր գան գյուղ ու էդ ձենների տակ մնան։ Վստահ ենք՝ գյուղից կգնան ոչ թե աշխատավայր, այլ հոգեբուժարան։ Ո՞վ կամ ովքե՞ր են այս առեղծվածային վանդալիզմի հեղինակները, եթե ուզենան, կճշտեն։ Նրանք այնքան են վստահ իրենց կատարած անօրինական գործողությունների վրա, որ նույնիսկ Մասիսի ոստիկանությունում հարուցված քրեական գործից հետո չեն դադարեցրել իրենց անօրինությունները»։

Գյուղապետ Ղազար Մարտիրոսյանը ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում ասում էր. «Կառավարությունը 2014 թվականին 110 միլիոնից ավելի գումար ներդրեց գետի աջափնյա վալերի պատրաստման համար։ Բայց այս գործողությունների արդյունքում այդ միլիոնները հօդս ցնդեցին։ Ո՞վ է պատասխան տալու այդ միլիոնները քամուն տալու համար։ Իսկ դրա արդյունքում գյուղում մոտ 40 հեկտար գյուղնշանակության հողեր զրկվեցին ոռոգման ջրից, իսկ ԽՍՀՄ տարիներից հայտնի այդ կանաչ տարածքները վերածվեցին անապատի»։
