 ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը հերքել է «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթում տպագրված լուրն այն մասին, թե Արծվիկ Մինասյանը 914 հազար դրամով ինքնաթիռի տոմս է ձեռք բերել: Այս մասին  տեղեկԱնում ենք ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից: Պարզաբան ման մեջ ասվում է.

«Դեկտեմբերի 1-ին «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի թիվ 233 թողարկման առաջնորդող լուրում ասվում էր, որ «Բնապահպանության նախարարությունը հոկտեմբերի 14-ին Մոսկվայով և ետադարձ թռիչքով Լյուքսեմբուրգի մեկ տոմս է ձեռք բերել, որի արժեքը 914 հազար դրամ է կամ մոտ 1750 եվրո և, որ այդ տոմսով Լյուքսեմբուրգ է մեկնել նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը հայտնում է, որ  ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ  Շրջակա միջավայրի և կլիմայի փոփոխության վերաբերյալ Եվրոպական Միության և Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների նախարարների հանդիպմանը նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանի մասնակցությունն ապահովելու համար գնվել է մեկ տոմս 435 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ/էկոնոմ դասի/: Լուրի հեղինակը հավանաբար օգտվել է gnumner.am կայքում հրապարակված թվից, որտեղ տարանջատված չէ տոմսի արժեքը և երեք օրվա կեցության գումարը, որոնց հանրագումարը կազմում է ոչ թե 914 հազար  դրամ, ինչպես գրված է լուրում` այլ` 912 հազար դրամ:

Հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ վարչապետի 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 14-ի «Արծվիկ Մինասյանին Լյուքսեմբուրգ գործուղելու մասին» N 955-Ա որոշումը` ՀՀ բնապահպանությունը ավիատոմսի ձեռքբերման նպատակով հայտարարել է «ՀՀ-ԲՆ-ԲԸԱՀ-ԾՁԲ-16/24» ծածկագրով էլեկտրոնային մրցույթ (պահանջի բավարարման պահին գործող կարգով): Հրավերը սահմանված կարգով հրապարակվել է նաև www.gnumner.am (http://gnumner.am/download/195756.html) և www.mnp.am(http://www.mnp.am//images/files/gnumner/october/Hraver-Aviatoms-BN.pdf) կայքերում : Գնման ընթացակարգի վերաբերյալ ամփոփ տեղեկատվությունը հրապարակված է http://gnumner.am/download/196075.html հղմամբ:

Մրցույթի արդյունքում ձեռք է բերվել էկոնոմ դասի ավիատոմս, որի ընդհանուր գինը կազմել է 435.000 ՀՀ դրամ:

ՀՀ կառավարության 2005 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 29-ի N 2335-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված սակագներով փոխհատուցվել է նաև գործուղման համար նախատեսված օրապահիկը և գիշերավարձը:

Ծախսերի բացվածքը ներկայացվում է ստորև`

Այցի տևողությունը 4 օր`

Ընդամենը ավիատոմսի արժեքը   435.000 դրամ:

Օրապահիկ՝ 96 EUR x 4 օր = 384 EUR x 517.46  = 198705 դրամ

Գիշերավարձը  179 EUR  x 3 օր  =537 EUR x 517.46=277876 դրամ 

Ընդամենը՝ 911581 դրամ»:
