 «Եվրոպական տիեզերական գործակալությունը տարիներ առաջ նախաձեռնեց մի հավակնոտ գաղափար՝ ստեղծել այնպիսի գործիք, որով հնարավոր կլինի աջակցել տնտեսությանը և մասնավորապես գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին: Եվ քանի որ Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի գործառույթները մեծապես խաչվում են նաև գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի հետ, կարծում ենք, որ Կոմիտեի հետ մեր համագործակցությունը բավականին արդյունավետ կլինի»: Այս մասին ԷԵԲՊՆ Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է Եվրոպական տիեզերական գործակալության ներկայացուցիչ Անյա Ռադեսկայան:

Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ԷԵԲՊ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Ըստ ԵՏԳ ներկայացուցչի, առաջիկա մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում կկատարվի ոլորտի կարիքների գրանցում, ինչպես նաև՝ կհավաքագրվեն անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունները՝ համակարգի նախնական ծրագրավորման համար, ինչից հետո հնարավոր կլինի հստակ նշել ջրային հոսքերի հաշվառում կատարող և տարածաշրջանի վերաբերյալ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկությունների հավաքագրում և վերլուծություն իրականացնող տիեզերական արբանյակի գործարկման ժամկետները:

ՋՏՊԿ նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ տիեզերական արբանյակի գործարկումը ջրային ոլորտի խնդիրների դուրսբերման և լուծման գործում կարելի է բեկումնային անվանել: 

«Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Եվրոպական տիեզերական գործակալությանը և Համաշխարհային բանկին նման մեծ նվերի համար: Վստահ եմ, որ այս արբանյակի գործարկումը դրական ազդեցություն կունենա մեր հիմնական ռեսուրսի՝ ջրի հոսքերը վերահսկելու և դրա  ծախսն առավել արդյունավետ և չափելի դարձնելու գործում»,- ասել է Ա. Հարությունյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ արբանյակների գործարկման վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք էր բերվել օրեր առաջ, Համաշխարհային բանկի պատվիրակության հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում: ՀԲ գյուղատնտեսության ավագ մասնագետ, ծրագրի իրականացման թիմի համաղեկավար Արուսյակ Ալավերդյանը տեղեկացրել էր, որ Եվրոպական տիեզերական գործակալությունը արբանյակների միջոցով կեսդարյա ժամանակային կտրվածքով, ինչպես նաև՝ ընթացիկ ժամանակում ջրային հոսքերին հետևելու լավ փորձ ունի: Այս ծառայությունից օգտվում են աշխարհի շատ երկրներ: Այս տարի, ՀԲ հայաստանյան ծրագրերի իրականացման թիմի ջանքերով, Հայաստանը ևս ընդգրկվել է այն երկրների շարքում, որոնք կարող են օգտվել Եվրոպական տիեզերական գործակալության արբանյակներից՝ անվճար հիմունքներով:
