Դատախազի միջնորդությամբ Գեւորգ Սարգսյանը «Ջունգլ» մականվամբ կալանավորվել է։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Գեւորգ Սարգսյանի կողմից ծեծի ենթարկվելու մասին Հասմիկ Մնացականյանի հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնականի բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերով Երեւան քաղաքի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազության ավագ դատախազի որոշմամբ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից դիտավորությամբ Վարդան Թումանյանի առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու համար Երեւան քաղաքի Ավան եւ Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում քննվող քրեական գործով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով մեղադրվող Գեւորգ Սարգսյանն, առերեւույթ կատարել է քրեական օրենքով չթույլատրված արարք, այսինքն՝ ընտրված անազատության մեջ պահելու հետ չկապված խափանման միջոցը չի ապահովել նրա պատշաճ վարքագիծը, Երեւան քաղաքի Ավան եւ Նոր-Նորք վարչական շրջանների դատախազության ավագ դատախազը 02.12.2016թ. միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան Գեւորգ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը փոփոխելու եւ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:

Դատարանի նույն օրվա որոշմամբ դատախազի միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է եւ Գեւորգ Սարգսյանն արգելանքի է վերցվել դատական նիստերի դահլիճում:
