Ուսումնական տարվա վերջին օրն էր։ Հայրը, անցնելով որդու սենյակի մոտով, նկատեց, որ ամեն ինչ հավաքած է, նույնիսկ մահճակալը։ Թվաց, թե որդին հավաքել է իր իրերը ու մեկնել։ Հոր կասկածները մեծացան, երբ նկատեց սեղանին դրված նամակը։ Դրա վրա որդու ձեռքով գրված էր՝ «Հայրիկին»։ Տղամարդը դողացող ձեռքերով բացեց ծրարը ու կարդաց.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրիկ,
Ստիպված եմ նամակով հայտնել, որ հեռացել եմ տանից իմ նոր ընկերուհու հետ, որովհետև գիտեի, որ դու ու մայրիկը սկանդալ էիք սարքելու։ Ես նրան շատ եմ սիրում։ Բայց գիտեի, որ ձեզ դուր չի գա մեր հարաբերությունները նրա պիրսինգի, դաջվածքների, բայքերական հագուստի և այն նաև այն պատճառով, որ ինձնից մեծ է։ Բայց հարցը միայն զգացմունքները չեն, նա նաև հղի է։

Նրան անունը Սառա է։ Նա վստահ է, որ մենք միասին երջանիկ կլինենք։ Նա անտառում մի փոքր տնակ ունի ու լիքը փայտ, ու մենք կկարողանանք այնտեղ անցկացնել ձմեռը։ Մենք երազում ենք շատ երեխաներ ունենալ։ Սառան բացեց իմ աչքերը այն փաստի վրա, որ մարիխուանան այդքան էլ վնասակար չէ, ինչքան ասում են։ Մենք ծրագրում ենք աճեցնել դրանից մեզ համար ու նաև, որ վաճառենք ուրիշներին, որպեսզի կարողանանք կոկային գնել։ Դա նույնպես վտանգավոր չէ, եթե չափի մեջ օգտագործես։ Իսկ այդ ընթացքում մենք կաղոթենք, որ ՁԻԱՀ-ը բուժող դեղամիջոց հայտնագործվի, որովհետև պետք է բուժենք Սառային, նա դրան արժանի է։

Մի՛ անհագստացիր, հայրի՛կ, ես արդեն 15 տարեկան եմ ու կարող եմ իմ մասին հոգ տանել։ Մի օր մենք ձեզ հյուր կգանք, ու դուք կծանոթանաք թոռնիկների հետ։

Հ.Գ. Պա՛պ, ես այս բոլորը հորինել եմ։ Ես Ջեյսոնի տանն եմ։ Պարզապես ուզում էի հիշեցնել քեզ, որ կան ավելի վատ բաներ, քան դպրոցում վատ գնահատականներ ստանալը։ Օրագիրս խոհանոցի սեղանին է։
