Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը պետբյուջեի նախագիծը իրատեսական և կառավարության ծրագրին համահունչ է համարում

Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը դեմագոգիա և մարազմ է համարում որոշ պատգամամավորների ելույթները ՀՀ 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի վերաբերյալ: Պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն ընդգծեց, որ ցավակցում է կառավարությանը, որ խորհրդարանում նախագծի քննարկում ները համընկել են նախընտրական շրջանի հետ: «Մենք այստեղ ինչ ասես լսեցինք՝ սկսած դեմագոգիայից, մարազմից, նախընտրական հնարքներից: Իհարկե, նաև եղան նախագծի էությանը վերաբերող ելույթներ, որոնք մենք չենք կարող անտեսել»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Բաղդասարյանը:

Անդրադառնալով պետական բյուջեի նախագծին՝ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն ընդգծեց, որ այն իրատեսական է և համահունչ է կառավարության ծրագրին: «Սա պատասխանն է այն բոլոր ելույթների, որոնցով ոմանք փորձում էին բարձրաձայնել, որ այս փաստաթուղթը որևէ աղերս չունի կառավարության ծրագրի հետ: Այս ֆինանսական փաստաթղթի իրականացման համար կառավարության ծրագրում դրված են բոլոր հիմքերը: Ես համոզված եմ, որ այս երկու ամսվա ընթացքում կառավարության քայլերը միտված են նրան, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի կյանքի կոչել բյուջեի ներկայացված նախագիծը»,- նշեց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղ եկավարը:

Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանն ընդգծեց, որ բյուջեի ներկայացված նախագիծը կայունացման ծրագիր է: «Այստեղ ռիսկային դրույթներ չկան: Եթե կառավարությունը բերեր խոստումնալից բյուջե, որը կարող էիք համարել նախընտրական, դա չէր կարող մեր հանրության, քաղաքական ուժերին վստահություն ներշնչել: Որևէ մեկը չասաց, որ սա նախընտրական բյուջե է, դա ծիծաղելի կլիներ: Իսկ բոլորը սպասում էին, որ այսօրվա կառավարությունը կարող է բերել այդպիսի բյուջե, որ խոստումներով ու անիրատեսական քայլերով լցված կլիներ՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ հանրությանը սիրաշահելու հ ամար: Եվ մենք շնորհակալ ենք կառավարությանը, որ ներկայացրել է այսպիսի իրատեսական բյուջեի ծրագիր, որի նպատակը իրավիճակային խնդիրների լուծումը չէ: Կառավարության այսօրվա  նպատակը և ծրագրային դրույթները միտված են ապագային: Եվ մենք այսօրվա բյուջեով ընտրությունների ժամանակ ձայներ հավաքելու խնդիր չունենք»,- ասաց Բաղդասարյանը՝ հավելելով, որ քաղաքական գործիչներից շատերը բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկումը որպես առիթ և պատրվակ են օգտագործում նախընտրական ձայներ կորզելու համար:

Պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև «Հայկական վերածնունդ» կուսակցության նախաձեռնությանը, որը միտված է քաղաքացիների ավանդների վերադարձին: Բաղդասարյանը ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին հավաստիացրեց, որ դա ֆիկցիա է և ժողովրդին մոլորության մեջ գցելու եղանակով նախընտրական ձայներ հավաքելու քայլ: Պատգամավորը շեշտեց, որ այդ ամենը կարգավորվում է օրենքով: Նա հավելեց, որ այդ խնդրի վերաբերյալ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը համապատասխան հայտարարություն է տարածել և առաջիկայում էլ շարունակելու է քայլեր ձեռնարկել ժողովրդին մոլորության մեջ ըն կնելուց զերծ պահելու համար:
