ԼՂՀ ԱԺ երկու հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում քննարկվել է ԼՂՀ 2017թ. պետական բյուջեն

ԼՂՀ ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի ու  ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովները դեկտեմբերի 6-ին համատեղ նիստ են գումարել, որը վարել են ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանը ու պետական-իրավական  հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Արսեն Առստամյանը: Օրակարգում «ԼՂՀ 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքի նախագծում նախատեսված իշխանության պետական, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, դատական մարմինների և դատախազության ֆինանսավորման հարցերն էին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, ԼՂՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի և Ազգային ժողովի 2017թ.-ի պետական բյուջեով նախատեսվող ծախսերը ներկայացրել են ԼՂՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Մարատ Մուսայելյանը և ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գարիկ Ժամհարյանը:

Գերագույն դատարանի նախագահ Նարինե Նարիմանյանի ներկայացմաբ,  2017թ.-ի պետական բյուջեի օրինագծով դատական համակարգի պահպանման ծախսը կազմել է 558 մլն 195 հազ. դրամ, ինչը 2016թ.-ի ճշտված բյուջեի համեմատ աճել է 12 մլն 278 հազ. դրամով:

Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Մոսիյանի ներկայացմամբ, համակարգի 2017թ.-ի ծախսը նախատեսվում է 497 մլն 761 հազ. դրամի չափով, որը 2016թ.-ի համեմատ ավելի է 4 մլն 261 հազ.  դրամով:

Արդարադատության նախարար Արարատ Դանիելյանի ներկայացմամբ, նախարարության աշխատակազմի 2017թ.-ին նախատեսվող ծախսը կազմում է 337 մլն դրամ, աճը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ՝ 1 մլն 895 հազ. դրամ:

Ընդմիջումից հետո 2017թ. բյուջեի ոլորտային նախագծեր են ներկայացրել  վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահ Էռնեստ Ավանեսյանը, ԼՂՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը, քաղաքացիական ծառայության խորհրդի նախագահ Բորիս Առուշանյանը և կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սրբուհի Արզումանյանը:                       
2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծով վերահսկիչ պալատի պահպանման ծախսը նախատեսվում է 134 մլն 947 հազ. դրամ, որը 2016թ. համեմատ աճել է 843 հազ. դրամով:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակի ծախսերը գալիք տարվա բյուջեով  կկազմեն 41մլն 796 հազար դրամ:

ԼՂՀ քաղաքացիական ծառայության խորհրդի ծախսերը 2017թ.-ին նախատեսվել են 100 մլն 811 հազ. դրամ, աճը 2016-ի համեմատ կազմում է 4 մլն 118 հազ. դրամ:

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի 2017թ. բյուջեի նախագծով նախատեսվում է 154 մլն 270 հազար դրամի ծախս՝ 2016 թվականի համեմատ ավելանալով 65 մլն 683 հազ. դրամով:

Օրվա երկրորդ կեսին շարունակվել է ԼՂՀ ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի ու  ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստը:

2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծեր են ներկայացրել Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետը և վարչակազմերի ղեկավարները և տեղակալները:

Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքապետարանի պահպանման ծախսը 2017թ. պետական բյուջեով նախատեսվում է  305 մլն 661 հազ. դրամ:

2017թ. բյուջեով Ասկերանի շրջանի վարչակազմի պահպանման ծախսը  նախատեսվում է 172 մլն 554 հազ. դրամ, ինչը 2016թ.-ի համեմատ նվազել է 719 հազ. դրամով:

Հադրութի շրջանի վարչակազմի բյուջեն 2017թ.-ին նախատեսվում է 136 մլն 223 հազ. դրամ, որը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ 1 մլն 98 հազ. դրամով նվազել է:

Մարտակերտի շրջանի վարչակազմի պահպանման ծախսը 2017թ.-ի բյուջեով նախատեսվում է  161 մլն 738հազ., որը ընթացիկ տարվա համեմատ պակաս է 3 մլն 829 հազ. դրամով:

Մարտունու համայնքային բյուջեն 2017թ.-ին կազմում է 167 մլն 177 հազ. դրամ, որը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է 2 մլն 831 հազ. դրամով:

Քաշաթաղի շրջանի վարչակազմի պահպանման ծախսը 2017թ.-ի բյուջեով նախատեսվում է է 279 մլն 790 հազ., ինչը 2016թ.-ի համեմատ պակաս է 581 հազ. դրամով:

Շահումյանի շրջանի վարչակազմի ծախսը 2017թ.բյուջեի նախագծով կկազմի 108 մլն 860 հազ. դրամ, ինչը ընթացիկ տարվա համեմատ ավելի է 1 մլն 204 հազ. դրամով:
