ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ անդրադառնալով «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի լրագրող Վահե Մակարյանի և ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանի միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ի աշխատակազմից, հայտարարության մեջ նշված է. ««Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի լրագրողի և ԱԺ պատգամավորի միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունները խիստ անհանգստացնող են: 
Հուսով եմ բոլոր մանրամասները օբյեկտիվորեն կպարզվեն հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետում: Այն կլինի իմ անմիջական ուշադրության կենտրոնում և կներդնեմ բոլոր ջանքերը հետագայում նման միջադեպերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ:
Որևէ պատճառ չի կարող արդարացնել մասնագիտական գործունեություն իրականացնող լրա գրողի նկատմամբ բռնությունը»:

Ավելի վաղ «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի լրագրող Վահե Մակարյանը հայտարարել է, որ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը խորհրդարանի շենքում իրեն հարվածել է: Ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում լրագրողի և պատգամավորի միջև կոնֆլիկտ է ծագել, ինչից հետո Հակոբյանը Մակարյանին հրավիրել է առանձին խոսելու: Այնուհետև Վահե Մակարյանը հայտնել է, որ առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում պատգամավորը հարվածել է իր աչքին:

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը մեկնաբանել է դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ավելի վաղ խորհրդարանում «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի լրագրող Վահե Մակարյանի և իր միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը:

«Ինքը իրեն խուլիգանի նման է պահել, անգամ` վերջին: Ժուռնալիստիկայի հետ կապ չունի, լրագրության հետ կապ չունի: Որոշել է ինձ էթիկայի դասեր սովորեցնել, դաստիարակել, ուղղակի չի ստացվել»,- ասել է Հակոբյանը:

Լրագրողներից մեկի այն դիտարկմանը, թե արդյոք դա իրավունք տալիս է խփել, Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանը հակադարձ հարց է ուղղել. «տեսե՞լ եք, տեսե՞լ եք Դուք» և չսպասելով արձագանքի` մտել ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճ:
