Tert.am-ը զրուցել է ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ: Հարցազրույցը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

- Պարո՛ն Աբրահամյան, Ձեր` վարչապետի լիազորությունները վայր դնելուց հետո դադարել եք լինել հրապարակային անձ ու տպավորություն է, թե քաղաքականության նկատմամբ Ձեր հետաքրքրությունը նույնպես պակասել է: Անգամ ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստերին չեք մասնակցում: Ի՞նչն է պատճառը:

-Անշուշտ, այս ընթացքում ավելի պասիվ եմ եղել, քան նախկինում, չնայած համաձայն չեմ, թե դադարել եմ լինել հրապարակային անձ։ Պարզապես չեմ համարում, որ պաշտոնաթողությունից անմիջապես հետո շատ ակտիվ հրապարակային լինելն օգտակար կլիներ։ Ունենք նոր կառավարություն, նոր վարչապետ, ում հետ, իմիջիայլոց, ունեմ ջերմ ընկերական հարաբերություններ, նրանք պետք է լայնորեն ինքնադրսևորվելու, ազատ, անկաշկանդ գործելու հնարավորություններ ունենան։ Իմ շատ ակտիվ լինելը միգուցե այլ կերպ կընկալվեր, միգուցե նաև ինչ-որ տեղ խանգարեր։ Իսկ հարցեր քննարկելու, հարկ եղած դեպքում օժանդակելու համար հատկապես հիմա հարկ չկա դա հրապարակային անել. մենք ունենք և՛ ընկերական շփումների, և՛ այժմ արդեն կուսակցության գրասենյակում քննարկումների հարթակները։

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստերին, ապա Ձեր պնդումն իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում։ Այո՛, առանձին նիստերի հարգելի պատճառով ներկա չեմ եղել, բայց դրանք բացառություն են, ոչ թե օրինաչափություն։ Կուսակցական աշխատանքին մասնակցում եմ հաճույքով ու մեծ պատրաստակամությամբ։

- Ձեր հրաժարականի ելույթում խոսեցիք հասարակության բևեռացվածության, ու այդ բևեռացվածությունը նոր մոտեցումներով հաղթահարելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: Նոր Կառավարությունն այդ նոր մոտեցումներն առաջ բերե՞ց՝ ըստ Ձեզ: Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում Կարեն Կարապետյանի կառավարության աշխատանքն ու հասարա­կության վերաբերմունքն այդ աշխատանքին:

-Այ, հենց երկրորդ հարցով միանգամից հաստատեցիք քիչ առաջ ասածս, թե ինչու է պետք ավելի քիչ հրապարակային լինել պաշտոնաթողությանը հաջորդող հատվածում։ Հիմա Դուք փորձելու եք անընդհատ մեկնաբանություններ ակնկալել ինձնից կառավարության ու վարչապետի յուրաքանչյուր քայլի մասին չէ՞, կարծիքների տարբերություն եք փորձելու գտնել չէ՞, չի ստացվի (ժպտում է)։ Կատակ էր, հասկանում եմ, որ դա Ձեր աշխատանքն է։

Վարչապետն ու կառավարությունը բավականին հաջող են սկսել։ Ունեն լավ տրամադրվածություն, գործելու լայն ազատություն և բավականին ուժեղ քաղաքական հենարան իրենց թիկունքում։ Հաջողություն մաղթենք կառավարությանը, որովհետև ամեն ինչից զատ օբյեկտիվ հաջողության կարիք էլ կա համաշխարհային տնտեսության բավականին փոփոխական ներկա պայմաններում։
