Հարցազրույց  թիվ 23 ընտրատարածքից մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով ընտրված  ԱԺ պատգամավոր  Կարեն Բոթոյանի հետ։

-Պարո՛ն Բոթոյան, քաղաքականությունը գրավում է տարբեր տեսակի և մասնագիտությունների տեր մարդկանց, որոնցիցյուրաքանչյուրին`յուրովի, Դուք  երիտասարդ եք,  Ձեզ ինչո՞վգրավեց այն։

-Ավարտել եմ ԵՊՃՀ-ը։ Հետաքրքրվելով քաղաքականությամբ, փորձեցի մասնագիտական կրթություն ստանալ ևայսօր կրթությունս շարունակում եմ ԵՊՀ միջազգային հարաբերությունների քաղաքագիտություն բաժնի մագիստրատուրայում։ Ես քաղաքականության մեջ մտնելու  որոշում եմ կայացրել`  հաշվի առնելով  ոչ թե քաղաքականության գրավիչ կողմերը, այլ այն խնդիրները, որոնց լուծումը կար—որ եմ համարում իմ հայրենիքի ևժողովրդի համար։  Քաղաքականությունն այն ոլորտը չէ, որտեղ հետաքրքրություններդ ու ամբիցիաներդ բավարարելու դաշտ փնտրես. քաղաքական գործունեությունն առաջին հերթին պատասխանատվություն է  ժողովրդիդ ևհայրենիքիդ առջ—, ուստի ելնելով այս համոզմունքից, որոշեցի իմ ծրագրերով  ևգաղափարներով հասարակության ավելի լայն շրջանակներին ներկայանալ ևփորձել ստանալ նրանց վստահության քվեն, որի միջոցով էլ ակտիվորեն կիրականացնեմ մեր պետության ևհասարակության համար օգտակար ծրագրեր։

–Ի՞նչպես կգնահատեք  ԱԺ հետընտրական վիճակը  ևո՞րն է լինելու Ձեր կողմից   առաջարկվողօրենսդրական առաջին նախաձեռնությունը։

-Այսօրվա խորհրդարանական կուսակցությունների  հետընտրական  վիճակը գնահատում եմ բավարար։ Նշեմ, որ  ընդգրկվել եմ ԱԺ  երկու` մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ևտնտեսական  հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովներում։ Նիստերի ժամանակ  ես հանդես կգամ օրենսդրական մի շարք նախաձեռնություններով, որոնք   վերաբերելու են այդ ոլորտներին,  իսկ այսօր այդ մասին խոսելը դեռ վաղ եմ համարում։   Սակայն ասեմ, որ իմ օրենսդրական  աշխատանքը նպաստելու է  գյուղական համայնքների զարգացմանը, կյանքի որակի բարձրացմանը։

- Դուք պատգամավոր եք ընտրվել ՀՀ սահմանամերձ ընտրատարածքից, այսօր առավել  շատինչի՞ կարիք ունիսահմանամերձ տարածքում ապրող քաղաքացին։

- Ինչպես ողջ հայ ժողովրդին, առավել ևս մեր տարածաշրջանի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացուն այսօր պետք է միայն խաղաղություն ևերկրում քաղաքական կայունություն։ Մնացած հարցերը կլուծվի խաղաղ  ևստեղծագործ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ։ Իսկ ես, որպես մեծամասնական ընտրակարգով ընտրված պատգամավոր, ստանալով մեր տարածաշրջանի ժողովրդի վստահության քվեն պետք է իրենց կողքին լինեմ։ Ժողովրդի հետ մշտական կապը ապահովելու նպատակով շուտով գրասենյակներ եմ բացելու իմ ընտրատարածքում, որտեղ բնակիչները կարող են  իրենց առաջարկներով, խնդիրներով դիմել մեզ։ Ես էլ իմ պատգամավորական լիազորությունների շրջանակներում  առկա խնդիրները կբարձրաձայնեմ ևկփորձեմ լուծման ճանապարհներ գտնել։

– Պատմե՛ք, խնդրեմ, մի փոքր Ձեր ընտանեկան դրությունից։

 -Ամուսնացած եմ,  ունեմ մեկ երեխա։ Շատ եմ սիրում իմ ընտանիքը։ Ես կարծում եմ ամեն մի հայ ընտանիք հնարավորության դեպքում, գոնե նվազագույնը պետք է երեք երեխա ունենա, քանի որ ըստ իս, թե՛ հանրության, թե՛ մեր գենետիկական տեսակի,  պետության ևպետականության առջևմեր պարտքն է շատ երեխա ունենալը։
