Կառավարությանն առընթեր ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Գեորգի Կուտոյանի կինը նախորդ տարի 48 միլիոն դրամ արժեքով բնակարան է նվեր ստացել: Այս մասին իմանում ենք պաշտոնյայի կնոջ՝ Հասմիկ Բիշարյանի 2015 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից: Վերջինս բացի բնակարանից հայտարարագրել է չորս միլիոն դրամ դրամական միջոցներ: 
Կուտոյանը իր 2016 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագրում նշել է մեկ բնակարան և «MERCEDES–BENZ E320 4 MATIC» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա ունենալու մասին: 35–ամյա պաշտոնյայի դրամական միջոցները բավական քիչ են՝ ընդամենը 1 միլիոն դրամ է հայտարարագրել: Իսկ նրա եկամուտները հունվարի 1–ից մինչև Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնում նշանակվելը կազմել են 2 միլիոն 53 հազար դրամ և ստացվել աշխատավարձից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Գեորգի Կուտոյանը մինչ այդ զբաղեցրել է գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի, նախագահի օգնականի պաշտոնները: Կուտոյանը դեռևս 25 տարեկան հասակում արդեն իսկ զբաղեցնում էր Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գլխավոր խորհրդականի պաշտոնը:
