Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ համբուրգյան հայտարարության մեջ զետեղված են թեզեր, որոնք բխում են հայկական կողմի սկզբունքներից: ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

«Բնականաբար, դա մեր երազանքների հայտարարությունը չէ, սակայն այն մեզ բավարարում է, որովհետև այնտեղ զետեղված են թեզեր, որոնք բխում են հայկական կողմի սկզբունքներից:

Այնտեղ հղում է կատարվում 1994թ. զինադադարի պայմանագրին, խոսվում է հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման մասին, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի և Վիեննայի գագաթնաժողովների պայմանավորվածությունների կատարման մասին, ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի կողմից քաղաքացիական բնակչության նկատմամբ վայրագությունների մասին»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը:

Նա հավելեց, որ հայտարարությունն, ընդհանուր առմամբ բավարարում է: «Բայց այն կլիներ մեր երազանքների հայտարարությունը, եթե լինեին հասցեական գնահատականներ, բայց պետք է նշենք, որ այս հայտարարությունը բխում էր խաղաղ կարգավորման սկզբունքներից և այնտեղ զետեղված են հայկական կողմի բազում թեզեր»,- եզրափակեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
