Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության պատվիրակությունը՝ նախարար Գեորգի Մգեբրիշվիլու գլխավորությամբ Հայաստան է ժամանել դեկտեմբերի 16-ին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, պատվիրակության կազմում էին վարչակազմի ղեկավար Զուրաբ Զուբադալաշվիլին, Կենտրոնական քրեական ոստիկանության դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Դավիթ Նատրիաշվիլին, Հասարակության հետ կապերի դեպարտամենտի պետ Թեա Պերտաիան, ոստիկանության Սամցխե-Ջավախեթի տարածաշրջանային դեպարտամենտի պետ Թեյմուրազ Քալանդաձեն և այլ պաշտոնատար անձինք:

Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունում վրաց գործընկերներին դիմավորել են հանդիսավոր արարողությամբ, որի ընթացքում ցուցադրական ելույթով հանդես է եկել պատվո պահակախումբը: Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարության պատվիրակությանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը: Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի ոստիկանական կառույցների ավանդական գործընկերությունը և ընդգծել, որ երկու բարեկամ երկրների իրավապահների համատեղ աշխատանքը արդեն իսկ լուրջ արդյունքներ է արձանագրել: Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Գեորգի Մգեբրիշվիլին վստահություն է հայտնել, որ հայ և վրաց իրավապահների ավանդական գործակցությունը հանցավորության դեմ պայքարում կշարունակվի և ավելի կխորանա՝ ընդգրկելով արդի մարտահրավերների հակազդման նոր ոլորտներ:

Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը հավաստել է վերջին շրջանում ամուր հիմքերի վրա դրված գործընկերությունն ամրապնդելու՝ Հայաստանի ոստիկանության ղեկավարության վճռականությունը և նշել, որ երկու իրավապահ կառույցների համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ու ծառայողների ուղղակի և ամենօրյա փոխգործակցությունը դրա լավագույն ուղին է: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր ևս: Ստորագրվել էՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության և Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարության միջև համագործակցության ամրապնդման մասին հռչակագիր:

Ավարտին Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարար Գեորգի Մգեբրիշվիլուն պարգևատրել է «Համագործակցության ամրապնդման համար» մեդալով: Ընդունելությունից հետո Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարության պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հուշահամալիր: Վրաց իրավապահները ծաղկեպսակ դրեցին Անմար կրակի մոտ, ծանոթացան Հայոց ցեղասպանության ինստիտուտ-թանգարանի նյութերին, ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ եղևնի տնկել Հուշահամալիրի ծառուղում:

Նույն օրը Վրաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարար Գեորգի Մգեբրիշվիլիին ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
