Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի դրամահավաք-երեկոյի ընթացքում 3 միլիոն դոլար է հանգանակվել

Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի (COAF) հիմնադիր դ-ր Գարո Արմենը, պատվավոր նախագահ Թոնի Շաֆրազին, օսկարակիր դերասան Լեոնարդո Դի Կապրիոն, նկարիչ Տիգրան Ձիթողցյանը, «էմմի» և «Թոնի» մրցանակների դափնեկիր դերասանուհի և երեկոյի վարող Անդրեա Մարտինը և շատ ուրիշներ Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի (COAF)՝ Նյու Յորքում անցկացված 13-րդ ամենամյա դրամահավաք-երեկոյի 400 հյուրերից էին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին հիմնադրամից, դրամահավաք-երեկոն նվիրված էր Հայաստանի ժառանգությանը, մարդկանց ու մշակույթին՝ միևնույն ժամանակ արժանին մատուցելով երկրի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ մեծ նվիրումով աշխատող մարդկանց։

Հիմնադրամի 13-րդ ամենամյա դրամահավաք-երեկոն պատիվ ուներ հյուրընկալելու «Խոստում» ֆիլմի օսկարակիր ռեժիսոր Թերի Ջորջին և պրոդյուսեր Էրիկ Էսրաիլյանին։ Նրանք արժանացան «2016 թ. Մարդասիրական մրցանակին»՝ որպես հարգանքի տուրք Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը վերապրածներին։

Նրանց նկարահանած «Խոստումը» ֆիլմը, որտեղ խաղում է Քրիստիան Բեյլը, անդրադառնում է Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի նախօրեին և Օսմանյան կայսրության փլուզմանը, մի դարաշրջանի, որն սկսվել էր շատ ավելի վաղ՝ հայկական մշակույթի ոչնչացումից և մարդկային կյանքեր խորտակելուց դեռ տասնամյակներ առաջ։

Հայաստանի մանուկներ հիմնադրամի երեկոն բացեցին Հայաստանից ժամանած տաղանդավոր երեխաներ 10-ամյա դաշնակահար Տիգրան Մարդանյանը, 8-ամյա ջազ-վոկալիստ Անի Մարգարյանը և 14-ամյա արդեն հայտնի վոկալիստ Նարեկ Բալդրյանը։ Արցախից ԱՄՆ ուղևորված 10-ամյա Արամ Գալստյանը պատմեց, թե ինչ է զգացել ու ապրել Արցախում ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի օրերին։ Իսկ Հիմնադրամի շահառու, Քարակերտ համայնքի 17-ամյա Խանում Գևորգյանը տպավորիչ խոսք ասաց այն մասին, թե ինչպես է COAF-ը լիովին փոխել իր կյանքը։

Երեկոյի ընթացքում արվեստի գործերի աճուրդ անցկացվեց, որտեղ ներկայացված էին ոլորտում հայտնի անուններ Ռիչարդ Փրինսի, Քեննի Սքարֆի և Ջո Բրեդլիի աշխատանքները, իսկ աճուրդը վարում էր աշխարհահռչակ աուկցիոներ Սայմոն դե Պյուրին։ Երեկոյի ընթացքում հանգանակված 3 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի մեծ մասը ծառայելու է Հայաստանում ՍՄԱՐԹ նախաձեռնության իրագործմանը։
