 Պաշտոնական Անկարան դեկտեմբերի 19-ին Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովի սպանությունը համարում է թուրք-ռուսական հարաբերությունները վատացնելուն միտված սադրանք: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, կատարվածի առնչությամբ հայտարարություններով են հանդես եկել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը, արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը:

Էրդողանը հայտնել է, որ կատարվածի առնչությամբ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ: «Գիտենք, որ կատարվածը Թուրքիայի և Ռուսաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին վնասելուն ուղղված սադրանք էր, սակայն Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները և Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության ղեկավարությունը հաստատակամ են այդ սադրանքին չենթարկվելու հարցում»,- հայտարարել է Էրդողանը: Նա նշել է, որ դեպքն ուսումնասիրվում է ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ: Նա կատարվածը որակել է որպես Թուրքիայի, թուրքական պետության և թուրք ազգի դեմ իրականա ցված հարձակում: Էրդողանը տեղեկացրել է, որ ուժեղացվել է հսկողությունը Ռուսաստանի դեսպանության և հյուպատոսարանների մոտ:

Խնդրի առնչությամբ ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի հետ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը: Վարչապետի գրասենյակից տարածած հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում կողմերը համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ դեսպանի սպանությունը չի վնասի երկկողմ հարաբերություններին:

Կառլովի սպանության առնչությամբ հայտարարություն է տարածել նաև Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը: Հայտարարության մեջ թուրքական կողմը հայտնել է, որ իրենք վճռական են Ռուսաստանի և մյուս գործընկերների հետ ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարելու հարցում: «Ով էլ որ լինի այս դավադիր հարձակման թիկունքում, ջրի երես է հանվելու»,- ասվում է ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ:

Անկարայում Ժամանակակից արվեստների պատկերասրահում, ուր տեղի էր ունենում «Ռուսաստանը թուրքերի աչքերով» ֆոտոցուցահանդեսի բացումը, դեկտեմբերի 19-ին 22-ամյա թուրք Մևլութ Մերթ Ալթընթաշը թիկունքից կրակել է Թուրքիայում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովի վրա, ով մահացել է: Մարդասպանը վանկարկել է «Ալլահ-ու Աքբար» («Աստված մեծ է»), «Հալեպը չենք մ ոռանա» և այլն։ Նա ևս չեզոքացվել և սպանվել է թուրք իրավապահների կողմից:
