Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի ղեկավարներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը եւ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը կարողացան արագորեն վերացնել երկկողմ սուր ճգնաժամի սպառնալիքը Թուրքիայում ՌԴ-ի դեսպան Անդրեյ Կառլովի սպանությունից հետո: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, դեկտեմբերի 20-ին այս մասին գրում Է բելգ իական Soir ֆրանսալեզու առաջատար թերթը:      

«Այն փաստը, որ մարդասպանը եղել Է ոստիկանության աշխատակից, բավարար նախադրյալներ Է ստեղծում անցյալ տարվա դիվանագիտական սուր ճգնաժամի կրկնվելու համար,- նշել Է թերթը:- Ընդհակառակը, նախագահներ Պուտինը եւ Էրդողանը կարողացան արագորեն ականազերծել իրադրությունը»:   

«Ձեռնպահ մնալով Անկարայի հասցեին մեղադրանքներից՝ Կրեմլի ղեկավարը հայտարարեց, որ սպանությունը միտված Էր ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների եւ Սիրիայում խաղաղության վերահաստատման դեմ: Նույն այդ պահին Թուրքիայի ղեկավարը սպանությունը համարել Է սադրանք՝ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունների սաբոտաժի նպատակով: Երկու ղեկավարների գործածած ընդհանուր բառերն ու արտահայտությունները ցուցադրում են, որ Մոսկվայի եւ Անկարայի միջեւ ուղիղ հեռախոսագիծը գործել Է արդյունավետ»,- նշել Է թերթը:    

Soir-ը նաեւ իր ընթերցողների ուշադրությունն Է հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ միջադեպը չի հանգեցրել Սիրիայի իրադրության շուրջը Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի եւ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարությունների ղեկավարների՝ դեկտեմբերի 20-ին նախատեսված հանդիպման չեղարկման:

«Այսպիսով, ի տարբերություն 2015 թվականին խոցված ռուսական ինքնաթիռի հետ կապված միջադեպի, դեսպանի սպանությունը կարող Է լոկ թույլ տալ ամրապնդել Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի հանգամանորեն նախապատրաստված մերձեցումը»,- եզրափակում Է թերթը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
