ՀՀ-ում ծնելիության ցուցանիշի նվազման գլխավոր պատճառները սոցիալ-տնտեսական ոչ բարենպաստ պայմաններն են

Հայաստանում վերջին տարիներին նկատվող ծնելիության ցուցանիշի նվազման գլխավոր պատճառը սոցիալ-տնտեսական ոչ բարենպաստ պայմաններն են: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հետազոտությունների ազգային ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Արման Սարգսյանը` ներկայացնելով հանրապետությունում ծնելիության վրա սոցիալ-տնտեսական գործոնների ազդեցությունների գնահատմանն ու  բնակարանային պահանջարկի բացահայտմանն ուղղված հետազոտության արդյունքները:

Արման Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ ծնելիության ցուցանիշի նվազում, թեկուզ չնչին, բայց նկատվում է 2010 թվականից սկսած: 2010 թվականին հանրապետությունում ծնվել է 44 հազար 825 երեխա, իսկ 2015 թվականին՝ 41 հազար 815:

«Ազդող գործոններից են ընտանիքի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակը, կրթական մակարդակը, մեկ շնչին բաժին ընկնող բնակմակերեսի 9 քառ. մետրից պակաս լինելը, կացարանի տեսակը, ընտանիքում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխայի կամ ուսանողի առկայությունը, գործազրկությունը և այլն»,-մանրամասնեց Արման Սարգսյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ գործազրկության մակարդակի աճով պայմանավորված,  ծնվածների թիվը նվազում է: Սա վկայում է, որ գործազրկությունն ամուսնանալու կամ երեխա ունենալու մասին որոշում կայացնելու էական խնդիր է:

Նա նկատեց, որ առաջին անգամ երեխա ունեցող կանանց միջին տարիքն է ավելացել: Եթե տարիներ առաջ 21-22 տարեկանում էին երեխա ունենում, ապա հիմա միջին տարիքը դարձել է 26: Ծնելիության հիմնախնդիրներն առավել խոցելի են հատկապես սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում:

«Արդյունաբերությունը և տնտեսական աճ ապահովող մյուս հիմնական ոլորտներն առավել զարգացած են Երևանում և մայրաքաղաքին մոտ գտնվող մարզերում: Երևանում կենտրոնացված է նաև զբաղված բնակչությունը, այդ առումով էլ ծնելիության հարցն այստեղ այնքան խոցելի չէ, որքան հեռավոր մարզերում»,- ասաց Արման Սարգսյանը:

Վերջին տարիներին ավելացել է նաև ամուսնալուծությունների թիվը: Մասնավորապես, 2010 թվականին  գրանցվել է 2 հազար 997 ամուսնալուծություն, իսկ 2015 թվականին` 3 հազար 669: Ինչ վերաբերում է ամուսնությունների ցուցանիշին, ապա 2010 թվականին հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է 17 հազար 984 ամուսնություն, իսկ 2015` 17 հազար 603:

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հետազոտությունների ազգային ինստիտուտն անցկացրել է նաև «Երիտասարդ մայրերի հիմնախնդիրներ» խորագրով հետազոտություն: Ըստ այդ հարցման արդյունքների` գերակշռում է 1 երեխա ունեցող կանանց թիվը, որը կազմում է 50 տոկոս: Երկու երեխա ունեցողների թիվը 36,6 տոկոս է, իսկ երեք երեխա ունեցողների թիվը` 10 տոկոս: Հարցմանը մասնակցած կանանց 30,3 տոկոսը ցանկանում է հաջորդն ունենալ տղա երեխա, իսկ 9 տոկոսը` աղջիկ:
