Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում Տավուշի մարզը ևս զոհ ունեցավ. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում զոհվեց 19-ամյա Գարիկ Մնացականի Մովսիսյանը: Նա շուրջ մեկ տարի էր ծառայել: Գարիկի ընտանիքը սոցիալապես վատ վիճակում է, հայրը բանվոր-շինարար է: Գարիկն ավագ եղբայր ունի, քույրը 21 տարի առաջ բուտուլիզմից էր մահացել:

Կրտսեր սերժանտ Գարիկ Մովսիսյանը զոհվել է, երբ վերականգնել է դիրքերի միջև հեռախոսային կապը, նա օգնել է վիրավոր ծառայակից ընկերոջը:

Այս տարվա հուլիսի 26-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը այցելեց Զորական՝ Մովսիսյանների ընտանիքին, և խոստացավ զոհված հերոսի հայրական տունը հիմնանորոգել, սակայն այն գտնվում էր խարխուլ վիճակում և Աբրահամյանը որոշեց նրանց համար նոր տուն կառուցել: Այս պահին այն գրեթե ավարտուն տեսք ունի:

«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով՝ երեկ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը Տավուշի մարզի Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջան է այցելել, եղել է Զորականում, ծանոթացել իր օժանդակությամբ կառուցվող տան շինարարության ընթացքին:

Հրաժարականից հետո ևս Աբրահամյանը շարունակել է օժանդակությունը Գարիկի ընտանիքին: Երեկվա այցի ընթացքում հետաքրքրվել է շինարարության ընթացքով և կարգավորել ջեռուցման և այլ հարցերի հետ կապված վերջին ֆինանսական խնդիրները:

Հ. Աբրահամյանը Գարիկի ավագ եղբորը` 27-ամյա Վլադիմիր Մովսիսյանին, խոստացել էր նաև, որ ոչ միայն նրանց համար տուն կկառուցի, այլև եթե ամուսնանա՝ կդառնա նրա հարսանիքի քավորը:
