ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն շարունակում է քայլերը կառավարության կողմից որդեգրած` օրինապահ հարկ վճարողների համար գործունեության բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծելու, նրանց նկատմամբ տարբերակված մոտեցումների կիրառման, բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների հետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման ուղղություններով: ՊԵԿ նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանի հրամանով հաստատվել է «օրինապահ հարկ վճարող» կարգավիճակի որոշման և հավաստագրերի տրամադրման կարգը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Օրինապահ հարկ վճարողի հավաստագրի տրամադրումը հարկ վճարողի կողմից հաշվետու ժամանակաշրջանում իրականացրած փաստացի գործունեության իրավաչափության վերաբերյալ Կոմիտեի պաշատոնական հավաստումն է: Օրինապահ հարկ վճարողի հավաստագիր ստանալու նատակով անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել դիմում էլեկտրոնային եղանակով, որից հետո օրինապահ հարկ վճարողի հավաստագիր կստանան սահմանված չափանիշները բավարարող տնտեսվարողները, որոնց ցանկերը կհրապարակվեն հարկային մարմնի պաշտոնական կայքէջում:

ՊԵԿ հարկային կարգապահության ծրագրերի բաժնի պետ Անի Մխիթարյանն, անդրադառնալով նորամուծությանը, նշել է. «Վերոհիշյալ իրավական ակտով լրացուցիչ պարտավորություններ կամ իրավունքները սահմանափակող դրույթներ հարկ վճարողների համար նախատեսված չեն, այլ ընդհակառակը` նախաձեռնությունը նպատակ ունի սահմանելու որոշակի նոր արտոնյալ պայմաններ օրինապահ հարկ վճարողների համար: Ներկա պահին բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողների համար քննարկվում են բանկերի կողմից արտոնյալ վարկերի տրամադրման ընթացակարգերը: Նախաձեռնությունը կարևոր կլինի ինչպես հարկ վճարողների հ ամար` շրջանառու միջոցները համալրելու նպատակով արտոնյալ պայմաններով վարկեր ներգրավելու, այնպես էլ ներդրողների համար` բիզնես գործընկերներ ընտրելու տեսանկյունից»:
