Ходят легенды, что некоторые люди, которые начали ремонт в своих квартирах или домах, смогли его закончить. Честно говоря, мне не сильно в это верится, но приходилось об этом слышать… А если убрать шутки в сторону, то героиня сегодняшнего материала заслужила, чтобы ее так называли во всех смыслах этого слова.

Дело в том, что в наследство от прапрабабушки она получила вот такой дом, за которым никто не ухаживал больше 30 лет.

Интерьер здания тоже не сильно радовал…

Площадь дома составляла около 65 квадратных метров. Новая хозяйка знала, что здесь придется здорово потрудиться, но она хотела, чтобы в этом здании снова кто-то жил.

Глядя на эти фото, не верится, что женщина собиралась сюда переехать после окончания ремонта.

Никаких структурных повреждений у дома не было. Только небольшая часть стены в ванной была повреждена водой. Неплохо раньше строили, если за 30 лет дом настолько хорошо сохранился.

В основном в доме нужно было убрать и завезти новую мебель. В общем, работа началась!

Начали с новой проводки и сантехники…

Что касается экстерьера, то дом полностью перекрасили и обновили.

Внутри дом после ремонта выглядит потрясающе!

Кухня просто великолепна.

И для любимца тоже место есть…

Теперь все, кто живут в этом доме, довольны!

Эта женщина смогла меня сильно удивить. Сделать из практически развалившейся хибары отличный дом — это огромное достижение! Снимаю шляпу…
