Այս տարվա աշխատանքային առաջին խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, անդրադառնալով մասնավորապես տոնական և հետտոնական օրերին ձյանմաքրման աշխատանքերին, հանձնարարել է ուժեղացված աշխատակարգով շարունակել գործընթացը:

«Այսօր վստահաբար կարող ենք փաստել, որ մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնական բոլոր փողոցները մաքրված են և երթևեկելի: Բայցև արձանագրում ենք, որ մասնավորապես երկրորդական շատ փողոցներում, մայթերին, գրեթե բոլոր բակերում և միջբակային տարածքներում դեռ ունենք անելիքներ: Տևական ցուրտ եղանակն էլ իր հերթին է նպաստել, որ ոչ պատշաճ իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքում մասնավորապես բակային տարածքներում գոյանան սառույցի շերտեր, որոնք մեծ անհարմարություններ են պատճառում մեր համաքաղաքացիներին: Ակնհայտ է, որ ստեղծված իրավիճակը մայրաքաղաքում սանմաքրման աշխատանքներն իրականացնող ընկերության թերի աշխատանքի արդյունք է», - ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը: 
Քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է խստորեն վերահսկել նշված ուղղություններով իրականացվող աշխատանքների ողջ ընթացքը, այդ թվում նաև հետևելով, որ ընկերությունը բոլոր համատիրություններին ապահովի աղի և ավազի խառնուրդի անհրաժեշտ պաշարով:

«Պարզ է, որ եղանակային այս պայմաններում դեռևս հնարավոր չէ սառույցից ամբողջությամբ մաքրել նշված տարածքները, այդուամենայնիվ աղի և ավազի խառնուրդով դրանց պարբերաբար մշակման աշխատանքները պետք է իրականացվեն պարտադիր: Բացի այդ, ԱԻՆ-ի հետ համագործակցելով, զուգահեռաբար շարունակեք նաև բազմաբնակարան, ինչպես նաև հասարակական շենքերի ու շինությունների տանիքներին առաջացած սառցալեզվակների հեռացման աշխատանքները»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:

Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ զեկուցվել է, որ ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց կողմից Երևանի ավագանու կողմից ընդունված քաղաքային համայնքում գործող պարտադիր բարեկարգման որոշման պահանջների կատարման նպատակով վարչական շրջաններում շարունակվում են կազմակերպվել շրջայցեր: Նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերին իրականացված հսկողության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և համապատասխան արձանագրություն է կազմվել 11 դեպքի մասով: 

Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին և համապատասխան ծառայությունների պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է խիստ հսկողության տակ պահել նաև տնտեսվարողների կողմից պարտադիր բարեկարգման նորմերի պահպանման գործընթացն ու օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկել թերացողների նկատմամբ:

«Այս հարցում պետք է լինել առավել հետևողական, քանի որ կան տնտեսվարողներ, որոնք չեն կատարում իրենց պայմանագրային պարտավորություններն ու կոնկրետ այս պարագայում քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկում իրենց օբյեկտների առջև կուտակված ձյան և սառույցի մաքրման ուղղությամբ: Ըստ այդմ, խստորեն վերահսկեք, որ վարձակալը կամ սեփականատերը կատարի իր պարտականությունները»,-ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
