Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ինչպես Ամանորի եւ Սուրբ Ծննդյան, այնպես էլ դրանց հաջորդող օրերին  բաց եւ անցանելի են եղել միջպետական, հանրապետական, մարզային ու համայնքային նշանակության բոլոր ճանապարհները:
 
Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության վարչության տրանսպորտի եւ ճանապարհաշինության բաժնի վարիչ Գեւորգ Խաչատրյանը, հունվարի առաջին տաս օրերի ընթացքում մարզում  ձյան տեղումներ չեն արձանագրվել, իսկ որոշ տեղերում արձանագրված բքերը եղել են կարճատեւ եւ թույլ, որոնց արդյունքում էլ առանձնակի խնդիրներ չեն ստեղծվել տրանսպորտային երթեւեկության կազմակերպման համար:
 
«Ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարվա տոն օրերի, երբ ճանապարհները սպասարկող կազմակերպություններն աշխատում էին լարված ու շուրջօրյա գրաֆիկով, այս տարվա առաջին տաս օրերն անցել են շատ ավելի հանգիստ պայմաններում, ճանապարհներին գրեթե արտակարգ իրավիճակներ չեն առաջացել:
 
Միայն հունվարի 2-ին բքի պատճառով դժվարանցանելի վիճակ առաջացել է Գավառ-Գեղարքունիք ճանապարհի Գանձակ-Լանջաղբյուր հատվածում, եւ հունվարի 9-ին՝ Ծովակ-Ախպրաձոր ճանապարհին, որը կարճ ժամանակի ընթացքում հաղթահարվել է ճանապարհաշինարարների կողմից:
 
Մնացած բոլոր ուղղություններում ճանապարհները անցանելի են, հանրապետական եւ միջպետական ու մարզային նշանակության ճանապարհները՝ զերծ ձնածածկույթից եւ մերկասառույցից»,-ներկայացրեց Գեւորգ Խաչատրյանը:
