Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի է ունեցել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերով զբաղվող քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի 2017 թվականի առաջին նիստը, որին մասնակցել են քաղաքապետարանի մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների, վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական բաժինների պետեր, ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչը, հանձնաժողովի կազմում ընդգրկված ոլորտի ՀԿ-ների նախագահներն ու անդամները: Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյ անի անունից շնորհավորելով ներկաներին Ամանորի և Սուրբ ծննդյան տոների առիթներով` նիստը վարող  հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը հանձնաժողովի անդամներին  մաղթել է  բեղմնավոր գործունեություն ընթացիկ տարում` ի շահ հաշմանդամների դեռևս առկա խնդիրների լուծման:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Օրակարգի առաջին կետով  ներկայացվել է  «Հաշմանդամների հիմնահարցերով Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի» 2016 թվականի հաշվետվությունը, որից հետո հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը փաստել է, որ 2016 թվականին համայնքային բյուջեով նախատեսված բոլոր ծրագրերն իրականացվել են 100 տոկոսով, ինչը նաև հաստատել են հանձնաժողովի անդամները:  Հատկանշվել է  ոլորտին առնչվող աշխատանքների մեծ ակտիվությունը նաև մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջաններում:

Օրակարգի 2-րդ կետով քննարկվել է նույն հանձնաժողովի գործունեության 2017 թվականի ծրագիրը:  Խոսելով ծրագրի դրույթների մասին` Կամո Արեյանը քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից վստահեցրել է, որ 2016 թվականին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից սույն հանձնաժողովի հետ համատեղ կյանքի կոչված ծրագրերը բոլոր ուղղություններով կշարունակվեն նաև 2017 թվականին, իսկ  ընթացիկ առաջարկները կքննարկվեն և, ըստ երևույթին, կներառվեն տարեկան ծրագրում: Այս տարի ևս սոցիալական, կրթական, առողջապահական և այլ ուղղվածության ծրագրերում առաջնահերթության կարգով կներառվեն&n bsp; հատուկ կարիքներով անձինք և նրանց ընտանիքները: Հանձնարարվել է համաքաղաքային մշակութային և մարզական միջոցառումներում մեծացնել հաշմանդամների ներգրավվածությունը, իսկ ոլորտի ՀԿ-ների հետ՝ ակտիվացնել համագործակցությունը: 

«Հաշմանդամների հիմնահարցերով Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի» 2017 թվականի ծրագիրը հաստատվել է միաձայն:  Ծրագիրը կներկայացվի Երևանի քաղաքապետի հաստատմանը: Հանձնաժողովի անդամ ՀԿ-ների ղեկավարները ներկայացրել են կարծիքներ և առաջարկներ, որոնք ընդունվել են ի գիտություն:
