Բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման համակարգում բարեփոխումների նպատակով երկու հանձնաժողով է ստեղծվել

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի հրամանով հիվանդանոցային և արտահիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման համակարգում բարեփոխումների առաջարկներ մշակելու նպատակով երկու հանձնաժողով է ստեղծվել:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին առողջապահության նախարարությունից, արտահիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման համակարգում բարեփոխումների առաջարկներ մշակող հանձնաժողովը կներկայացնի քաղաքային պոլիկլինիկաների և բժշկական ամբուլատորիաների օրինակելի կառուցվածքը, ընտանեկան բժշկի, թերապևտի և մանկաբույժի կողմից սպասարկվող օպտիմալ բնակչության, ինչպես նաև այդ մասնագետների կողմից մեկ օրվա ընթացքում սպասարկվող պացիենտների թիվը, մեկ տարվա ընթացքում նրանց կողմից ըստ ուղղվածության (կանխարգելում, բուժում, երեխաներ, մեծահասակներ) սպասարկվող պացիենտների կառուցվածքի, ուղեգրման համակարգի բարեփոխմանն ուղղված կանոնակարգումների, էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության ներդրմանն ուղղված միջոցառումները և մոտեցումները։

Հիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման համակարգերում բարեփոխումների առաջարկներ մշակող հանձնաժողովը կուսումնասիրի հիվանդանոցային ծառայությունների մատուցման մակարդակների որոշման չափանիշները, ըստ մակարդակների հիվանդանոցային ծառայությունների նվազագույն և առավելագույն փաթեթի ձևավորման, այդ թվում` կադրային, սարքավորումներով և բժշկական գույքով հագեցվածության, ինչպես նաև հիվանդանոցային ծառայությունների որակի ապահովման համակարգի ներդրման, ներքին ընթացակարգերի օրինակելի ձևերի մշակման, հիվանդանոցային ծառայությունների օպտիմալացման նպատակով լիցենզավորման գործիքի կիրառման, էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության ներդրման և իրականացման, կլինիկական ուղեցույցների և գործելակարգերի ներդրման, հիվանդանոցային ծառայությունների տարածքային և ժամանակային հասանելիության ուժեղացման և նոր մոտեցումների ուղղությամբ։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության համակարգում առկա խնդիրների լուծման, առաջնահերթ նպատակները և ծրագրերը հստակեցնելու, առանձին ոլորտների գործունեության բարելավման և արդյունավետության բարձրացման նպատակով դեռ անցած տարվա հոկտեմբերին ստեղծվել էր 4 հանձնաժողով: Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքների հիման վրա մշակվել են ոլորտի արդիականացման վերափոխումների, նոր մոտեցումներ ներդնելու առաջարկներ՝ համապատասխան ֆինանսական և կազմակերպական կարիքների գնահատմամբ:
