ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խոսրով Հարությունյանը 2017 թվականը դիտարկում է, որպես սեփական կարողությունները հավաքագրելու, ինստիտուցիոնալ նոր բովանդակություն հաղորդելու տարի: Այս մասին նա ասաց «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում: Նա սպասելիքների տեսանկյունից 2017 թվականն ինքնին գնահատեց ռիսկային, սակայն ոչ այն պատճառով, որ կառավարությունն անգործության կմատնի իրադարձությունների զարգացումը:

«Առաջին կիսամյակում՝ ընտրական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված, լուրջ տեղաշարժեր չեն լինի, սակայն երկրորդ կիսամյակում զբոսաշրջային ոլորտի աշխուժացումն էական ազդեցություն կթողնի: 2017 թվականի տնտեսական կարևորությունը պայմանավորված է համակարգային բնույթի փոփոխություններով, թե ինչ քայլեր կնախաձեռնի կառավարությունը, որոնք կապահովեն արդար, ազնիվ ու առողջ մրցակցություն: 2017 թվականի նպատակն է ստեղծել նախադրյալներ հետագա տարիներին անընդհատ և անշեղ աճ ապահովվելու համար»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Նրա խոսքով` այն լինելու է հաջորդ տարիներն աճ ապահովվելու համար անհրաժեշտ ինստիտուցիոնալ նախադրյալներ ստեղծելու տարի` դատական, հարկային վարչարարության, տնտեսական ազատությունների, տնտեսական կառավարման պրոցեսների արդյունավետության: Հարությունյանի կարծիքով` 2017թվականի գնահատականը պայմանավորված է ոչ թե տնտեսական ձեռքբերումներով այլ նրանով, թե որքան որակական փոփոխություններ տեղի ունեցան մեր իրականության մեջ, որոնք կարող են ապահովել ապագա տարիների համար ավելի դինամիկ և անընդհատ զարգացում և աճ:
