ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովը հունվարի 17-ին քվեարկության կդնի սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է  ԼՂՀ ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ ՀՅԴ ներկայացուցիչ Վահրամ Բալայանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ հավանություն ստանալու դեպքում ԼՂՀ նախագահն արդեն կհայտնի հանրաքվեի օրը: «Ամենայն հավանականությամբ հանրաքվեն կկայանա փետրվարին»,- նշեց Բալայանը:

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ ՀՅԴ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունն առաջարկել է Սահմանադրությամբ ամրագրել, որ նույն մարդը չի կարող գլխավոր դատախազ եւ Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահ ընտրվել ավելի քան 2 անգամ: «Նախագծի նախնական տարբերակում կար դրույթ այն մասին, որ ԼՂՀ ԱԺ խոսնակն ու փոխխոսնակը ընտրվելուց հետո չեն կարող փոխվել: Բայց մենք ասացինք, որ այդպես չի կարող լինել, եւ ԱԺ-ն ցանկության դեպքում կարող է փոխել խոսնակին եւ փոխխոսնակին»,- հավելեց Վահրամ Բալայանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016-ի օգոստոսի 16-ին հրապարակված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության հայեցակարգը ենթադրում է կիսանախագահական կառավարման ձեւից անցում կատարել նախագահականի:
