Տատյանա Վալովայան ԵԱՏՄ-ի համար 2016 թվականն ամփոփում է որոշակի հաջողություններով

ԵԱՏՄ-ի համար 2016 թվականը բարդ տարի էր՝ պայմանավորված համաշխարհային տնտեսական ազդակներով: 

Այս մասին հունվարի 16-ին մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ նշեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ինտեգրման և մակրոէկոնոմիկայի Կոլեգիայի անդամ Տատյանա Վալովայան: Սակայն, նրա ներկայացմամբ, ԵԱՏՄ-ի 2016 թվականի տնտեսական ցուցանիշներն ավելի բարենպաստ էին, քան 2015-ինը:  

Վալովայայի խոսքով` ԵԱՏՄ-ի 2016 թվականի ՀՆԱ-ն կրճատվել է 0.3 տոկոսով` 2015 թվականի 1 տոկոս անկման դիմաց:  Նախորդ տարում ՀՆԱ-ն նվազել է միայն ՌԴ-ում և Բելառուսում: ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մնացած երկրներում այն աճել է:

«Մեր կանխատեսումներով 2017 թվականին Միության անդամ բոլոր երկրներում արձանագրվելու է ՀՆԱ-ի աճ: Արդյունաբերական ոլորտում մենք ունենք դրական դինամիկա` 2016 թվականին այն ավելացել է 0.2 տոկոսով, չնայած 2015 թվականին այն նվազել էր 3.4 տոկոսով: Առանձին երկրների կտրվածքով դիտարկելիս` Հայաստանում տեղական արտադրության աճը կազմել է մոտ 7 տոկոս»,- ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտը ԵԱՏՄ-ում աճել է 3.2 տոկոսով:

Տատյանա Վալովայայի դիտարկմամբ՝ վերջին երկու տարում իրենք մակրատնտեսական կայունության պահպանման քաղաքականություն են վարում: Դատելով  գնաճի գործակիցն, ըստ Վալովայայի, 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի կտրվածքով Միության ցուցանիշը կազմել էր 6 տոկոս, ինչը 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի համեմատ շատ բարձր ցուցանիշ է:

«ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների փոխադարձ առևտրաշրջանառությունը, թեև այս տարի շարունակում էր անկումը, սակայն բավականին փոքր ցուցանիշ է 2015 թվականի համեմատ: Հայաստանից արտահանումը ԵԱՏՄ երկրներ 156 տոկոս է կազմել: Ընդ որում` ՌԴ արտահանման ծավալները մեծացել են 154 տոկոսով, իսկ Բելառուս՝ 2,3 անգամ, Ղրղզստան 3,4 անգամ: Հասկանալի է, որ արտահանման ծավալները խոշոր չեն, սակայն աճը զգալի է»,- նշեց Տատյանա Վալովայան:

Տատյանա Վալովայան ուշադրություն հրավիրեց այն հանգամանքին, որ Doing business վարկանիշային աղյուսակում, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրները դրական արդյունքներ են գրանցել: «190 երկրների ցուցակում, Ղազախստանը զբաղեցրել է 35-րդ, Բելառուսը` 37-րդ, Հայաստանը` 38-րդ, ՌԴ-ն` 40-րդ, իսկ Ղրղզստանը` 75-րդ տեղերում են:

Դա բացատրում է ներքին օրենսդրության բարելավմամբ`ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում հարմար փոխգործակցության համար»,- հավելեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի ինտեգրման և մակրոէկոնոմիկայի Կոլեգիայի անդամ Տատյանա Վալովայան:
