 ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը հունվարի 17-ին ընդունեց KfW գերմանական զարգացման բանկի պատվիրակությանը։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին բանկի էներգետիկ դեպարտամենտի պետ Թոմաս Այզենբախը, բանկի գլխավոր ինժեներ Ռալֆ Կյունաստը, էներգետիկ ոլորտի հայաստանյան ծրագրերի ղեկավար Սանդրա Լուտցը և բանկի Երևանի ներկայացուցչության ծրագրերի գլխավոր համակարգող Բելլա Անդրիասյանը։ Քննարկվեցին էներգետիկ ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքը և հետագա համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Թոմաս Այզենբախը նախարարին ներկայացրեց գերմանական բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ Հայաստանում իրականացվող խոշոր ծրագրերից մեկի՝ Հայաստան-Վրաստան բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի կառուցմանը վերաբերող հարցեր։ Անդրադարձ կատարվեց ծրագրի իրականացման որակին և ժամկետներին.

-Մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է որակի հարցը։ Դա նշանակում է, որ կապալառուի ընտրության հարցում որպես երաշխիք կարող  է լինել նախկին փորձը։ Իհարկե, շատ կարևոր է նաև առաջարկվող գինը։ Ուստի լավագույն տարբերակը կլիներ գնի և որակի համադրումը,- նշեց Աշոտ Մանուկյանը։

Խոսելով ծրագրի իրականացման ժամկետների մասին՝ նախարարն ընդգծեց դրանց պահպանման կարևորությունը։ Հայաստան-Վրաստան բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրահաղորդման գիծը հանդիսանալու է Իրան-Հայաստան-Վրաստան էներգետիկ միջանցքի բաղկացուցիչ մասը։ Ուստի անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի այն շահագործման հանձնվի Իրան-Հայաստան գծի հետ միաժամանակ։

Հանդիպման ժամանակ կողմերն անդրադարձան նաև էներգետիկ ոլորտում հետագա համագործակցության հնարավորություններին։ Թոմաս Այզենբախը հայտնեց KfW բանկի պատրաստակամությունը՝ մասնակցելու հողմային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերին։ Գոհունակություն հայտնելով նման առաջարկության համար՝ նախարարը նշեց, որ հայկական կողմը պատրաստ է քննարկել ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն։
