Աստանայի բանակցություններում Սիրիայի քրդերին ներկայացնող սխալ կառույց է ընտրվել

Աստանայում կայանալիք սիրիական հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված բանակցություններին մասնակցելու հրավեր են ստացել մի շարք ընդդիմադիր ուժեր, այդ թվում քրդերը:  

Բանակցություններում Սիրիայի քրդերին կներկայացնի Քրդական ազգային խորհուրդը, իսկ հիրավի քրդերի շրջանում ամենաազդեցիկ կառույցը հանդիսացող Քուրդիստանի դեմոկրատական միություն կուսակցությունը (ՔԴՄԿ) բանակցություններին մասնակցելու հրավեր չի ստացել:  

 


Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Սիրիայի քրդերի շրջանում հեղինակավոր կառույցը ՔԴՄԿ-ն է, որի ռազմական թևը՝ Ժողովրդական ինքնապաշտպանության ուժերն այս պահին արդյունավետ պայքար են մղում իսլամական ծայրահեղ արմատական կառույցների դեմ Սիրիայի տարբեր հատվածներում: Շատ է խոսվում Քուրդիստանի բանվորական կուսակցության (ՔԲԿ) հետ ՔԴՄԿ համագործակցության մասին, ինչը համապատասխանում է իրականությանը, չնայած այդ մասին ՔԴՄԿ աշխատում է լռել: Այլ կերպ չէր կարող լինել՝ հաշվի առնելով Թուրքիայի հետ սահմանի մոտ լինելը, Սիրիա-ՔԲԿ պատմական անցյալն ու  վերջինիս շարքերում Սիրիայից գնացած քրդերի մեծ թվաքանակը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Քրդական ազգային խորհրդին, որն իր մեջ ներառում է շուրջ 2 տասնյակ քրդական կառույցներ, այն Սիրիայում պրոբարզանիական թևն է ներկայացնում, և անգամ նման ներկայացվածությամբ, ամենաազդեցիկը չէ Սիրիայի քրդերի շրջանում: Մասուդ Բարզանիի կողմից ղեկավարվող Իրաքյան Քուրդիստանը Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցն է: Բարզանին փորձում է իր ազդեցությունը տարածել Սիրիայի քրդերի շրջանում՝ ստեղծելով իր հովանու տակ գործող քրդական կառույցներ, այդ թվում Քրդական ազգային խորհուրդը, որի Աստանայի քննարկումներին մասնակցելու ընտրության մեջ, անշուշտ, իր դերակատարումն է ունեցել նաև Թուրքիան: 

Ինչեւէ՝ Ղազախստանում բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ հավաքվելու են սիրիական ընդդիմադիր ճամբարի այնպիսի կառույցներ, որոնց ներկայությունն էական ազդեցություն չի ունենալու սիրիական հակամարտության կարգավորման վրա, ինչը ստիպում է մեծ ակնկալիքներ չունենալ արտասիրիական զարգացումներից և սիրիական ճգնաժամի կարգավորման բանալին փնտրել ներսիրիական իրողություններում:
