Հայաստանի ծննդատներում բնածին հիպոթիրեոզ է հայտնաբերվել 19 երեխայի մոտ

Նորածնային սկրինինգ ծրագրերի շրջանակում 2016թ. ընթացքում հանրապետության  ծննդատներում իրականացված հետազոտությունների արդյունքում բնածին հիպոթիրեոզ (վահանաձև գեղձի ֆունկցիայի խանգարում) է հայտնաբերվել 19 երեխայի մոտ։ Այդ փոքրիկները գտնվում են «Արաբկիր» ԲՀ-ԵԴԱԻ-ի հսկողության ներքո և ստանում անհրաժուշտ բուժում։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Ֆենիլկետոնուրիայի նորածնային սկրինինգի արդյունքում անցած տարի հայտնաբերված 7 երեխայի դիսպանսեր հսկողությունն իրականացվում է «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրում։ Նրանք ևս ստանում են անվճար բուժօգնություն։ Առողջապահության նախարարությունն ապահովում է նաև կենտրոնացված գնումներով ձեռք բերված հատուկ սննդով։

Նույն ժամանակահատվածում հայտնաբերված 4-րդ աստիճանի ծանրալսությամբ 42 երեխաները ևս դիսպանսեր հսկողության տակ են։ Նրանց տրամադրվում են լսողական սարքեր։

Բնակչության որոշակի տարիքային կամ թիրախային խմբերում մասսայաբար իրականացվող սկրինինգային հետազոտությունների միջոցով հայտնաբերվում են հիվանդություններ, որոնք դեռևս չունեն կլինիկական արտահայտություններ, սակայն ուշ ախտորոշման դեպքում կարող են հանգեցնել հիվանդության ծանր ընթացքով զարգացմանը, այդ թվում`  հաշմանդամության:

Հիպոթիրեոզի` վահանաձև գեղձի ֆունկցիայի խանգարման  վաղ ախտորոշման և բուժման բացակայությունը բերում է գլխուղեղի վնասման` առաջացնելով մտավոր հետամնացություն և ֆիզիկական զարգացման խնդիրներ։

Ֆենիլկետոնուրիան նյութափոխանակության ծանր հիվանդություն է, որի առկայության դեպքում անհնար է դառնում սննդի, մասնավորապես, մայրական կաթի յուրացումը օրգանիզմում, ինչի հետևանքով վնասվում է գլխուղեղը` կրկին առաջացնելով մտավոր հետամնացություն և ֆիզիկական զարգացման լուրջ խնդիրներ: Ժառանգական նյութափոխանակային հիվանդություններն  աշխարհում բավական մեծ տարածում ունեն: Ըստ վիճակագրության` յուրաքանչյուր 3500-4000 երեխայից մեկը ծնվում է  նման  խնդրով:

Փաստորեն, երեխայի ծնվելուց 24-72 ժամ հետո  կրունկից վերցված  արյան մի քանի կաթիլի լաբորատոր հետազոտությունը, հիվանդության հաստատման դեպքում մշտական հսկողությունն ու հետևողական բուժումը հիմնովին փոխում է նրանց ճակատագիրը։ Այդ երեխաները դառնում են միանգամայն  առողջ, հասարակության լիիրավ անդամ:
