ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարը հանդիպել է Գերմանական վերակառուցման բանկի պատվիրակության հետ

ՀՀ  բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հունվարի 25-ին ընդունել է  Գերմանական վերակառուցման բանկի (KWF) տնօրեն Եվա Վիտի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նախարարը շնորհակալություն է  հայտնել բազմաթիվ իրականացված ծրագրերի և համագործակցության շարունակականության համար: Անդրադառնալով համատեղ իրականացված նախագծերին՝ Արծվիկ Մինասյանը համառոտ ներկայացրել է դրանցից մի քանիսը` հիշատակելով «Հայաստանի Ջավախքի սարահարթում պահպանվող տարածքների ստեղծում» ծրագրի մասին, որի արդյունքը Արփի լճի և Վրաստանին և Թուրքիային հարակից սահմանամերձ տարածքում ազգային պարկի ստեղծումն էր:

Կարևոր նախաձեռնություններից մեկն Անդրսահմանային միացյալ քարտուղարության ստեղծումն էր: Նախարարը ներկայացրել է Կովկասի բնության հիմնադրամի հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը, խոսել նաև առաջիկա նախագծերի մասին: Անդրադարձ է եղել  «Արարատյան դաշտավայրում կենտրոնացված ստորգետնյա ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարում» ծրագրին: Արծվիկ Մինաս յանը նշել է , որ Գերմանական վերակառուցման բանկի աջակցությունը ծրագրով նախատեսված մոնիթորինգի իրականացման և վերահսկողության ավտոմատ համակարգի ներդրման գործընթացներում էապես կնպաստի նախագծի իրականացմանը:

Տիկին Եվա Վիտը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հանդիպման և  մի շարք հարցերի քննարկման հնարավորության համար: Գոհունակություն հայտնելով իրականացվող աշխատանքներիի վերաբերյալ` Գերմանական վերակառուցման բանկի տնօրենը նաև տեղեկացրել է , որ վերոհիշյալ՝  «Արարատյան դաշտավայրում կենտրոնացված ստորգետնյա ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարում» ծրագրին ֆինանսական օժանդակությունը հաստատվել է և ֆինանսավորումն իրականացվելու է «Շիրակի և Արարատյան դաշտի մակերևութային և ստորերկրյա ջրատար հորիզոնի համակարգերը կապող ջրային ռեսուրսների համապարփակ կառավարման ծրագրի շրջանակներում Կապսի ջրամբարից Արարատյան դաշտ ջուր տեղափոխելու համար հնարավորությունների ուսումնասիրության կոնցեպտուալ նախագիծ» դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի շրջանակներում՝ որպես ծրագրի երրորդ բաղադրիչ: Դրամաշնորհի գումարը կկազմի 1,3 մլն եվրո:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել նաև  մի շարք այլ հարցերի, այդ թվում, շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնասի փոխհատուցման մեխանիզմների կիրառման գործընթացին, էկոտուրիզմի զարգացման հնարավորություններին: Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմերը, եվս մեկ անգամ, կարևորել են արդյունավետ համագործակցության շարունակականության անհրաժեշտությունն ու պատրաստակամությունը: Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հավաստել է,որ աշխատանքները տարվելու են առավել ակտիվ՝ նոր մոտեցումներ ու գաղափարներ առաջադրելով:
