Առողջապահության նախարարությունը մշակում է կլինիկական ուղեցույցներ

Հայաստանի առողջապահության համակարգում առկա խնդիրների լուծման,   առաջնահերթ նպատակները և ծրագրերը հստակեցնելու, ինչպես նաև առանձին ոլորտների գործունեության բարելավման և արդյունավետության բարձրացման նպատակով 2016թ. հոկտեմբերին ՀՀ առողջապահության  նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովներից մեկը մշակում է կլինիկական ուղեցույցները և պացիենտի վարման գործելակարգերը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Մեր երկրում կլինիկական մի շարք մասնագիտությունների գծով, իհարկե, առկա են  բժշկական ուղեցույցներ և գործելակարգեր։ Սակայն, փորձագետներն այն կարծիքին են, որ դրանք արմատական արդիականացման  և ապացուցողական բժշկության վրա հիմնված միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանեցնելու կարիք ունեն։

Առաջնահերթությունը տալով առավել տարածված հիվանդություններին և վիճակներին` առաջընթաց է ապահովվել հատկապես սրտաբանության, անզգայացման և ինտենսիվ թերապիայի, ուռուցքաբանության, գինեկոլոգիայի և մանկաբարձության, մանկական ուրոլոգիայի, մանկական օնկոհեմատոլոգիայի ոլորտներում։ Գլխավոր մասնագետների աշխատանքային խմբերը ծավալուն աշխատանք են իրականացրել գերակա այս ուղղություններում նորմատիվային փաստաթղթերի մշակման և ներդրման նպատակով։ 35 կլինիկական մասնագիտությունների ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ  թարգմանված 80 կլինիկական ուղեցույցներից  գործելակարգերից ներկայումս տեղայնացվում է 15-ը։

Առանձին մասնագիտությունների ուղղությամբ, մասնավորապես` ճառագայթաբանական ախտորոշման և ռևմատոլոգիայի, գործընթացում ընդգրկվել են նաև մասնագիտական ասոցիացիաները։

Հանձնաժողովը, որը ղեկավարում է «Վարդանանց» ՆԲԿ-ի տնօրեն և «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի վերակենդանացման ծառայության գիտական ղեկավար Հարություն Մանգոյանը,  պարտավորվել է առաջին փուլում` մինչև 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբեր,  ավարտին հասցնել  բժշկական 200 ուղեցույցի և պացիենտի վարման 100 գործելակարգի մշակումը։ Մինչև համակարգում ներդրվելը դրանք կքննարկվեն մասնագիտական ասոցիացիաներում, կանցնեն լեզվական և իրավաբանական փորձաքննություն։ 

Սա մշտական գործընթաց է, քանի որ բժշկագիտության զարգացմանը զուգընթաց այդ փաստաթղթերը պարբերաբար թարմացվում են։
