Ձվարանների մասին 5 հետաքրքիր փաստ

Ձվարանները պատասխանատու են ոչ միայն երեխայի բեղմնավորմանն անհրաժեշտ ձվաբջիջների արտադրման համար, այլ նաեւ հորմոններ են արտադրում, որոնք կնոջը կանացի են դարձնում եւ բեղմնավորվելու ու պտուղը կրելու ունակ: Ներկայացնում ենք ձվարանների վերաբերյալ մի քանի հետաքրքիր փաստ:

1. Ձվարաններն արտադրում են հորմոնների երեք խումբ

 

Ձվարաններն արտադրում են կանացի սեռական հորմոնների երեք խումբ՝ էստրոգեններ (էստրադիոլ, էստրոն, էստրիոլ), գեստագեններ (պրոգեստերոն, 20а-օքսիպրեգն-4-ен-3он, 17а-օքսիպրոգեստերոն) եւ անդրոգեններ (տեստոստերոն, անդրոստենդիոն եւ դեհիդրոէպիանդրոստերոն): Այս հորմոններից յուրաքանչյուրը օրգանիզմում կարեւոր գործառույթներ ունի. կնոջ դաշտանային շրջափուլն ուղղակիորեն կապված է ձվարանների հորմոնների հետ:

2. Ձվարանների հորմոնների անհավասարակշռությունը կարող է ազդել արտաքինի վրա

Ձվարանների արտադրած հորմոնների անհավասարակշռությունը կարող է ազդել կնոջ արտաքինի վրա: Օրինակ՝ ձվարանների պոլիկիստոզ ախտանիշի դեպքում կնոջ մոտ կարող է պզուկների ցան առաջանալ, իսկ տեստոստերոնի մակարդակի բարձրացման դեպքում նրա դեմքին եւ մարմնին կարող են հայտնվել ավելորդ մազեր:

3. Երբեմն ձվարանները կարող են արտադրել մեկից ավելի ձվաբջիջներ

Սովորաբար մեկ շրջափուլի ընթացքում «աշխատում» է միայն մեկ ձվարանը. ձվաբջիջը հասունանում է դրա մեջ, որը ձվազատումից հետո կարող է բեղմնավորվել: Սակայն կանանց ձվարանները երբեմն մեկից ավելի ձվաբջիջներ են արտադրում. մեկ ձվարանում կարող են հասունանալ երկու եւ ավելի ձվաբջիջներ, կամ մեկ շրջափուլի ընթացքում երկու ձվարանն էլ կարող են «աշխատել» եւ մի քանի ձվաբջիջ արտադրել: Եթե այդ ձվաբջիջները բեղմնավորվում են, ստացվում է բազմապտուղ բեղմնավորում:

4. Սթրեսն ազդում է ձվարանների աշխատանքի վրա

Սթրեսը կարող է ազդել ձվարանների աշխատանքի վրա: Երբ օրգանիզմը ենթարկվում է սթրեսի ազդեցության, ձվարանները կարող են դադարել ձվաբջիջներ արտադրել: Կարելի է ասել, որ դա անցանկալի ժամանակահատվածում բեղմնավորումը կանխելու բնական միջոց է: Սակայն դա տեղի է ունենում, բնականաբար, ոչ բոլոր կանանց դեպքում:

5. Օրալ հակաբեղմնավորիչները նվազեցնում են ձվարանների քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը

Ձվարանի կարցինոման կանանց շրջանում էպիթելային ուռուցքների հետեւանքով մահացության հաճախակիությամբ 5-րդ պատճառն է, գինեկոլոգիական չարորակ ուռուցքների հետեւանքով մահացության առաջատար պատճառը եւ գինեկոլոգիայում ուռուցքի ախտորոշման հաճախակիությամբ երկրորդը: Ձվարանների քաղցկեղի երրորդ փուլի դեպքում 5-ամյա կենսունակությունը կազմում է մոտ 24 տոկոս, չորրորդ փուլում՝ 4.6 տոկոս:

Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology-ում հրապարակված հետազոտության համաձայն՝ օրալ հակաբեղմնավորիչները ձվարանների քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը նվազեցնում են 50 տոկոսով: Սակայն քաղցկեղի այդ տեսակի առաջացման իսկական պատճառները մինչ օրս անհայտ են:
