Սիրիայի ընդդիմությունը ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ կայացած հանդիպմանն առաջարկություններ Է ստացել Սիրիայի ապագա սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողներին հայտնել Է սիրիական ընդդիմության «Կահիրեի պլատֆորմի» ներկայացուցիչ Ջիհադ Մաքդիսին: «Սա պատրաստի նախագիծ չԷ, սա ներառում Է գաղափարներ, որոնք կարող են դրվել սահմանադրության հիմքում»,-ասել Է նա:
 
Հանդիպման մյուս մասնակիցները, այդ թվում՝ «մոսկովյան խմբի» ներկայացուցիչ Քադրի Ջամիլը եւ «Հմեյմիմի խմբի» ներկայացուցիչ Իլիան Մասաադը նույնպես հաստատել են, որ խոսքը ոչ թե սահմանադրության պատրաստի նախագծի, այլ հիմնական օրենքի վերաբերյալ առաջարկությունների մասին Է:
 
Ավելի վաղ Ռուսաստանը Սիրիայի սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ Է ներկայացրել զինված ընդդիմությանը, որը հունվարի 23-24-ին մասնակցել Է Աստանայի հանդիպմանը:
 
Սիրիայի ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչները հույս ունեն մեկ պատվիրակություն կազմել Ժնեւում միջսիրիական բանակցություններին մասնակցելու համար, այդ թվում՝ «Էր Ռիադի խմբի» (Բանակցությունների գծով բարձրագույն կոմիտե) մասնակցությամբ: Այդ մասին հայտնել Է «Հանուն վերափոխումների եւ ազատագրման ժողովրդական ճակատի» առաջնորդ, «մոսկովյան խմբի» ներկայացուցիչ Քադրի Ջամիլը՝ ամփոփելով ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ սիրիական ընդդիմության հանդիպման արդյունքները: 
«Մենք կփորձենք ստեղծել միասնական պատվիրակություն, դրա համար գործադրել ջանքեր,-ասել Է նա:-Հաջողության հասնելու մեծ հույս կա»: 
 
Սիրիական ընդդիմության հետ Լավրովի հանդիպումը շարունակվել Է մոտ երկու ժամ: Դրան մասնակցել են «մոսկովյան խմբի» ներկայացուցիչ Քադրի Ջամիլը, Ժողովրդավարական միության քրդական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներ Հալեդ Իսան եւ Ալի Աբդեսալյամը, «Հմեյմիմի խմբի» ներկայացուցիչ Իլիան Մասաադը,  «Կահիրեի խմբի» ներկայացուցիչ Ջիհադ Մաքդիսին, «Ժողովրդական կամք» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Ալյա Արաֆաթը, Ազգային կոորդինացիոն կոմիտեի գլխավոր համակարգող Հասան Աբդելսալամը, անկախ ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչ Ջամալ Սուլեյմանը:Հանուն պետության կառուցման» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Լուայ Հուսեյնը, քրդական Ազգային խորհրդի փոխնախագահ Աբդելհաքիմ Բաշարը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
