 Սփյուռքի նախարարությունում հունվարի 27-ին տեղի ունեցավ Հայկական բանակի կազմավորման 25-ամյակին նվիրված հանդիսավոր ցերեկույթ: «Արմենպրեսի»-ի հաղորդմամբ` միջոցառմանը ներկա են գտնվել պետական պաշտոնյաներ, նախարարության աշխատակիցներ, հայրենադարձ ազատամարտիկներ, սփյուռքահայ ներկա զինծառայողներ:

Սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը իր ողջույնի խոսքում բոլոր ներկաներին շնորհավորեց հայոց բանակի կազմավորման 25-ամյակի առթիվ և ընդգծեց, որ Հայկական բանակը համայն հայության կարևորագույն օղակներից մեկն է: 

«Պարտադրված Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմի ժամանակ հայոց սպարապետը մեծ ջանքերով փորձեց հավաքել կամավորներին, այն մարդկանց, ովքեր գիտակցված գնում էին զոհվելու հանուն հայրենիքի: Փառք ու պատիվ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ընկան այդ պատերազմում: Ընկան, որպեսզի մենք 25 տարի շարունակ կերտենք մեր անկախ պետությունները` Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետությունը»,- ասաց Հակոբյանը:  

Ներկաները մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգեցին Արցախյան պատերազմում զոհվածների հիշատակը, այնուհետև Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը Սփյուռքի նախարարության Երախտագիտության մեդալով պարգևատրեց բոլոր հայրենադարձ ազատամարտիկներին: Հայրենասիրության բարձր ոգի դրսևորելու և Արցախին իրենց մատուցած ծառայությունների համար պարգևատրվեցին հայրենադարձ ազատամարտիկներ Անդրանիկ Պողոսյանը, Վազգեն Սիսլյանը, Մարտիրոս Ջամկոչյանը, Սիմոն Կալխոյանը, Գառնիկ Հովսեփյանը: Նույն մեդալին արժանացավ նաև ազատամարտիկ, Արցախին նվիրված մի շարք հանրահայտ երգերի հեղինակ ԳուÕ �ան Հայկազունը (Գագիկ Ստեփանի Նազարյան):

Այնուհետև ներկաները դիտեցին հայոց բանակին նվիրված տեսահոլովակներ և շնորհավորական տեսաուղերձներ հայկական համայնքներից:
