ԵԱՀԿ կենտրոնակայանում հունվարի 27-ին տեղի է ունեցել կազմակերպության Մշտական խորհրդի նիստը, որի օրակարգում էր ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի մանդատի երկարաձգման հարցը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ելույթ ունենալով նիստին՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նախագահ, Ավստրիան ներկայացնող Կլեմենս Կոյան նշել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ Երևանի գրասենյակի մանդատի երկարաձգման շուրջ քննարկումների շրջանակներում մի երկիր, ըստ էության մատնանշելով Ադրբեջանին, մտահոգություն էր արտահայտել, որ գրասենյակի մարդասիրական ականազերծման ծրագիրը չի համապատասխանում առաքելության մանդատին։

Այս կապակցությամբ ԵԱՀԿ նախագահության հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը Երևան այցելության և տեղում կատարած ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում հանգել է եզրակացության, որ նշված ծրագիրը համապատասխանում է գրասենյակի մանդատին։ ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ թե նախորդ՝ գերմանական, թե ներկայիս՝ ավստրիական նախագահությունները սատարում են այդ տեսակետը։

ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նախագահն ափսոսանք է հայտնել, որ նույնիսկ այս պայմաններում հետաձգվում է երևանյան գրասենյակի մանդատի երկարաձգման որոշումը։ Նա ընգծել է, որ դա սպառնում է բացասական հետևանք ունենալ ԵԱՀԿ ողջ գործունեության վրա։

Որպես ստեղծված իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման տարբերակ՝ ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը հորդորել է երևանյան գրասենյակին ձեռնպահ մնալ մարդասիրական ականազերծման այդ ծրագրի իրականացումից։ Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ երևանյան գրասենյակի մյուս բոլոր ծրագրերն անխափան պետք է շարունակվեն։ ԵԱՀԿ-ում ավստրիական նախագահությունը երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Հայաստանին՝ որպես գրասենյակն ընդունող երկիր, հարցին ըմբռնումով մոտենալու համար։

Նիստի նախագահողը տեղեկացրել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից որոշ երկրներ հետաքրքրություն են ցուցաբերել Հայաստանի հետ երկկողմ ձևաչափով այդպիսի ծրագրեր իրականացնել։ Ավստրիական նախագահությունը կոչ է արել ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից երկրներին աջակցել ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի գործունեությանը, քանի որ դա կարևոր է ողջ կազմակերպության համար։

ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հայաստանին՝ բացառիկ կառուցողական դիրքորոշման համար։ 
«Ադրբեջանը հայտնվեց մեկուսացման մեջ և, հակառակվելով ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից 56 երկրներին, դեմ է արտահայտվել ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի մանդատի երկարաձգմանը։

ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից մի շարք երկրների պատվիրակություններ, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանը, ԱՄՆ, Եվրոպական միությունը, Կանադան, Շվեյցարիան, իրենց ելույթներում սատարել են ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի գործունեությունը»,- ասված է ԱԳՆ հաղորդագրությունում։
